We have a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom fully furnished condo for rent in the gated community of Legacy Dunes in Kissimmee, Florida just 6 miles from Disney. The condo is located on the second floor near the main swimming pool. The master bedroom overlooks the pool area. It is 1,110 square feet with an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings and a screened in balcony

The condo has everything you need for a great vacation and offers so much more space than a hotel room! The master bedroom has a king sized bed, walk-in closet, LCD TV, DVD player and ceiling fan. The second bedroom has two twin/double beds. Our kitchens are fully equipped with all appliances, plates, glasses, utensils, pots and pans and everything you will need to prepare your own meals! The condo has an open floor plan with dining room and living room (complete with an LCD TV, DVD player, and a queen size sleeper sofa - includes cable and Wi-Fi). Condo sleeps 6 adults comfortably.

The condo has a screened patio seating area to enjoy the beautiful outdoors. You can pack light since we have a full size washer/dryer as well as an iron/ironing board and a hair dryer for your convenience.

Upon arrival, you will be provided with starter soap, shampoo and toilet paper. You will have to replenish these items as you use them. All linens and towels are provided. If you bring towels to the swimming pool area, please be sure to bring them back to the condo.

The condo is conveniently located near the clubhouse and swimming pool area with easy access to all of the amenities. Legacy Dunes has a beautiful tropical swimming pool, gym and fitness center, basketball, volleyball, tennis courts and much more. A great place for the entire family to enjoy.

The condo is located just 6 miles from Disney off of Highway 192/Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy. There are grocery stores, restaurants, shopping centers, gas stations, banks and everything you need located nearby.

This is a privately owned condo and there are no services provided. The condo will be cleaned before your arrival and after you check out. It is your responsibility to keep the condo clean during your stay. For extended stays, cleaning service can be provided for a fee. Please request any mid-stay cleanings at the time you make your reservation.

Check in is at 4:00 PM and check out is at 10:00 AM. The condo will be inspected before your arrival and immediately after your departure.

There are NO PETS allowed and absolutely NO SMOKING inside the condo.

We rented this condo for week, every thing was as describe. we arrive early and Laura accommodate our early arrival and they also arrange Stroller for my Two year. This is close all WD parks (no more then 10 min). I would recommended this to any one.

Better than a hotel

We rented condo 3205. The location was perfect for visiting Walt Disney World. We were no more than 10 minutes from any of the WDW parks. There is plenty of restaurants and shopping (Target & Walmart) within 5 minutes. The condo itself was great! Very clean and well stocked with dinnerware, cookware, towels, etc. It is a 2 bedroom, 2 full-bathroom with complete kitchen and laundry. The living room has a sofa bed. The master bedroom has a king bed while the second bedroom has two twin beds. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked with towels. The condo is located right next to the pool. A big surprise was the beach towels and pool toys in the closet ready for use! Darlene and Laura were always willing to answer questions and help us with our reservation. Their website had pictures of the condo that were accurate and up-to-date. Not only was it convenient to come home and relax, it was cheaper than a hotel! For a family of 5 it was the perfect location, amenities, and price.

We live in Tampa and stay in Orlando often. We have always tried to do Vacation Rentals instead of hotels. Let me tell you, in Orlando the nice Condos are few and far in between!!! This Condo is immaculate and well appointed. All the little things have been thought of. Just show up and unpack. Thank you for an awesome experience, you are now on speed dial!

This was our first time staying at a vacation condo rental. We really liked the location and and the feeling of coming home when we finished with a day at the theme parks and went back to the condo - it was refreshing to just be away from the crowds and relax! And it's only a ten minute drive from Disney World! We walked through the doors and felt immediately at home. It was a perfect balance with the distance from the theme parks - so close yet far enough to feel like a local. The condo was conveniently located next to stores for grocery shopping and helped to avoid the markups at the theme parks. It was great to be able to get home late at night and make your own dinner/snack - which you just can't do at a hotel. Loved sitting out on the deck in November and looking out onto the trees. The pool was beautiful and we really enjoyed laying out on the pool lounge chairs and relaxing. We felt very secure with the gated community. It was fun to see all the different little critters like geckos and armadillos. My daughter loved having her own room with a huge closet - when I asked her what she liked most she said "EVERYTHING! - oh and the POOL!" The Krafts knew exactly which condo would best fit our needs. We will absolutely stay there again!

We just stayed at Kraft Villas Legacy Dunes unit during the holidays with kids. We like the place very much, clean units with good amenities. The location is great for Disney/Universal and good selection of restaurants. Definitely recommend for next trip.

Our family just returned from a 5 night stay at Kraft Villas' 2-bedroom condo in the Legacy Dunes development just outside Walt Disney World. We were quite pleased with the property and would stay there again if we return to WDW.

The Krafts were wonderful to work with from day one. All of our questions were answered in a timely manner. The condo was very easy to find thanks to their detailed directions. We also appreciated all of the local information they provided regarding grocery stores, restaurants, etc.

The condo itself was just as advertised on the website - spacious, clean and comfortable. The kids loved the pool, and my wife and I enjoyed the full kitchen as we like to cook for ourselves as often as possible.

The condo is conveniently located approx 30 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes from Universal, and 10 minutes from the Disney main gate. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within 5 minutes of the unit. The local Giordano's Pizza was quite a treat - I had not seen one of those outside of Chicago before, so we were quite glad to have some great Chicago-style stuffed crust pizza during our vacation.

All in all, we had a great stay, and would recommend it for just about anyone who doesn't have their heart set on staying on the Disney property.

This unit is very close to the pool. It has a very nice interior. There is a fully furnished kitchen, washer/dryer and other items to make a stay comfortable. All the major theme parks are close by and are easy to find. Additionally the condos are gated, which made my wife feel better. We enjoyed our time there with no complaints. Would love to stay there again. The owners were easy to work with.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche zu dritt hier verbringen dürfen!
Das Appartement hat sich als perfekter Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflugsziele herausgestellt!
Direkt um die Ecke gibt es Publix, Walmart und viele tolle Restaurants.
Das Appartement selbst ist sehr sauber und neu eingerichtet.
In der Küche fehlt es an nichts, Küchenrolle, Toilettenpapier, Trocknertücher und Waschmittel sind zum benutzen vorhanden!!!
Jeder Raum hat einen Fernseher mit vielen amerikanischen Fernsehprogrammen.
In der Anlage selbst ist es ruhig und man fühlt sich sicher!
Der Müll wird jeden Abend abgeholt, was sich bei den tropischen Temperaturen als Vorteil darstellt!
Auch der Kontakt mit den Vermieterinnen war perfekt, man konnte Sie jederzeit anrufen und Sie haben auch am Regentag geholfen einen tollen Tagesplan zu schmieden.

Wir haben uns alle sehr wohlgefühlt und da wir noch nicht alle Parks gemacht haben, werden wir bestimmt wieder kommen!!!!
