Our stay at this exceptional house was amazing. The house was beautiful, and the amenities were more than expected. The house was very clean, and we loved the pool. We'll find ourselves renting again very soon!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. After long days sight seeing it was very nice to come "home" and relax. The house is great. Perfect location. Short drive to the 101 and 405. We used the 101 alot to get to Universal and hollywood (about a 10-15 minute drive). The kitchen is well stocked with everything you will need to cook. We used the kitchen to cook breakfast every morning. I always worry about a lot of people staying in one house and running out of hot water after the third person has showered. Not the case at all at this house. We had six people showering every morning, one right after the other, we never had a problem with running out of hot water for showers. The pool and property of the house were outstanding. The owner and the property manager were very helpful and prompt to respond to any questions we had. This was our first trip to LA and we are already looking forward to our return trip sometime this year. We will definitely be staying here again.

I really enjoyed my stay at this rental home. The owner was nice and welcoming. He was also flexible with check in and check out times. The home was amazing. It looked exactly like the pictures. Everything was clean and comfortable. Everything we needed to make our stay feel like home was provided. The neighborhood was quiet and there were stores and restaurantsin walking distance. The people in the community was friendly and helpful. The only negative is that with traffic the property was a distance from downtown LA. Hollywood was not too far. I would definitely stay here again.

The neighborhood was very quiet and there was plenty of parking on the street as well as in the driveway of the home. The home was beautiful and looked exactly as it was pictured. When you walked in it was very clean and sparking and smelling wonderful. The rooms were very spacious and 2 of them had an extra pull out bed in the closet for additional visitors. The kitchen was very open and spacious and had all of the amenities that you would have at home including: coffee maker, griddle, blender, rice cooker, pots, pans, cooking utensils and much much more. The washer did an excellent job on the heavy cycle and was very large inside. There was a grocery store, a CVS, Mc Donalds and a bunch of other small restaurants within walking distance, and a very short car ride away. The owner Andre was extremely nice and walked me through everything I needed to know about the home. The only reason I didn't give it excellent is because the pool did not heat. The owner said that he turned it on, then the pool guy came to clean the next day and he said that he turned it on and would take 8 hours to heat due to the large capacity of the pool, but it was still ice cold and I didn't see any heated water coming from the jets going into the pool. The advertised heated pool is the only reason that I selected this home in the winter months. The jacuzzi was nice and hot, but could only accommodate 4-5 people comfortably at a time so we took turns. But other than that, I would definitely rent this home again- In the summer months.

I booked this house for my family to stay in on a vacation bringing family out from a few different states to meet up. Needless to say I was very nervous about picking a place that would keep everyone happy. This place was absolutely perfect. It was centrally located to shopping for us to cook and bbq at the house and close to tourist attractions. The only downside I could see is that the house was so nice that none of us wanted to leave for long enough to do many of our planned activities. We are all looking forward to our next trip to our next trip to southern California so we can stay here again.

First off, the pictures don't actually do the house justice as its even more impressive in person. The pool area/jacuzzi is the star, as well as the kitchen and living rooms. There was a minor issue with the heating of the jacuzzi that the owner fixed right away. The home was just so nice and fully stocked so that all we had to do was grocery shop and relax. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, and the private entrance gate was a really nice touch. I really could not recommend this house more, and would gladly stay again. We drove to Universal Studios in under ten minutes, and got to the Hollywood Walk of Fame in under thirty. We toured alot and were well within reach of many famous sites. Six of us stayed for four days and all of us loved it. The listing description is accurate, the photos do reflect the rental house very well, and it was very clean and well-maintained. The outside and inside kitchen areas were great, as was the parking. We had two rental cars and guests stopped by on two nights and all parked safely. All around the home was just a great, great choice. Highly recommended.

We recently stayed at Andrei's home while visiting from Vancouver. I was very impressed with Andrei's hospitality and the cleanliness of the home. We were thrilled to see the pool area, equipped with outdoor steam shower, large sauna, outdoor kitchen and dining area. The home is kept in immaculate condition and we had everything we needed during our stay. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone coming from out of town over staying at a hotel. More room, privacy and amenities to enjoy opposed to a hotel. 5 stars! Thanks Andrei!

This is a really great house for the whole family, my teenagers kids love the pool and my wife and I love the patio and the whole house.
