Condo, 4 Bedrooms, 3 Baths, (Sleeps 7)

Designer decorated 4 bedroom, 3 bath condo is an end unit on the third floor with panoramic views of the ocean and sand dunes. You can enjoy your cocktail from your balcony overlooking the pool and watch your kids swim. Watch the sea turtles nest in the sand dunes. Luxury decorated with original works of art from France (where we once lived). This condo was created to be our home away from home and we want you to feel the same way. This condo is drenched in sunlight offering great views.

The spacious eat in kitchen has granite counter tops and top of the line SS appliances. George Foreman grill. All kitchen utensils, glassware, pots and pans, and dishes are included. Great wine refrigerator in the kitchen. Towels and beach chairs provided.

There are two furnished balconies, washer and dryer, and a storage unit to put additional items.

There are four clay courts, a fitness room, and a private clubhouse which has a pool table and screen TV. 24 hour guarded security and an access system in the lobby that lets you provide entry for your guests remotely from your condo. Covered garage parking is provided.

The Minorca complex is about 60 miles from Disney and 1.5 hours from Orlando International Airport. There are many fine restaurants for casual and fine dining. Shopping is on Flagler and Canal streets and the Daytona International Speedway is 30 minutes away. Best of all are the beautiful white sand beaches

Our family lives near Orlando. We were looking for a place to escape to which offered everyone in our family an activity which they could enjoy. I enjoy playing tennis on the lighted clay courts. The kids enjoy the beach, fishing, and the pool. And my husband is just glad we are all happy so now he can go boating whenever he wants!

Even better than the pictures! We had the pleasure of spending an entire month in this beautiful condo. Property and grounds were emaculate. Owners provided everything needed and more. Just pack your clothes. Tops in security, as well as very friendly,helpful personnel. Beach is beautiful, clean and not crowded. Be sure to visit Flagler Ave., That's Amore Restaurant, and The Garlic Restaurant. Dayton Beach is a short drive if you want to visit the race track or the dog races. The owners were very helpful and prompt to answer any questions. We were impressed with the friendliness of the neighbors, employees and the community in general. You will need a vehicle as stores and restaurants are a short drive, but if you want a relaxing, luxurious vacation, this is the place to go. We would highly recommend this property!

Could not have been any better, Condo was even better than pictures. The relaxing evenings spent on the balacony, overlooking ocean was one of our favorite times. Security at all times was at the upmost and everyone at condo complex could not have been any nicer. Two swimming pools, Two hot tubs and four tennis courts and riding bicycle and walking on beautiful beach, could you ask for more during the winter month of February. Plenty of fine and tasty resturants close by. It was a vacation me and my wife will never forget and would love to do again. Finally, but not the least important, was the cooperation that we received from Lillian, always went out of her way to make sure that everything we needed or wanted was available to us. Thank you Lillian and hope to do it again someday.
