Come and enjoy this waterfront home. There are two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two walk-in closets. The kitchen and bathroom have recently been renovated. The large Florida room has views of the canal. You can watch dolphins swim and fish jump from the Florida room and the Master bedroom. There is a private community beach with cabanas, showers, restrooms and grills. You will see the sunrise from the dock and the sunset from our private beach.

We are located in the quiet neighborhood of Gulf Harbors with easy access to US 19 and US 75. The canal has access to the Gulf of Mexico.

My husband and I, from KY.,used this house as a home base during the wedding week end of friends in the area....we had the wedding party for dinner one evening there, and everyone LOVED the set up of the house,w/ sunroom and backyard, dock with fish jumping , including the local herron, who entertained us all with his fishing skills, as the sunset proved to be yet another spectacular event not even bargained for ! This property was extraordinarily clean and furnished not as a rental home but as a single family dwelling that delights in entertaining their guests with flair ! The new appliances,remodled kitchen, and beautiful bathrooms just added to the pride that these owners take in this property. It is close enough to the sights around the town, but cosy enough to make a wonderful getaway for anyone wanting to reconnect with friends or to just be alone for some down time. We recommend this property highly and will definitely return just to enjoy the house and area around it.

Recommended for: Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Romantic Getaway
