Condo, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 2-7)

We want your repeat business and we will do all we can to earn it! We love our condo at Summer Place because we love being truly steps away from the beach and pools, and walking distance to restaurants and the Okaloosa Fishing Pier and Boardwalk.

Our condo is professional decorated, warm, comfortable, and family friendly.

The living room is roomy with a spectacular view of the ocean and beautiful palm trees. We have a corner ground floor unit that is private.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make your favorite meals and you have a beautiful view of the ocean as well. In the master bedroom there is a king size bed and bathroom that has double sinks. We also have two double beds in the second bedroom room and the third bedroom has a beautiful twin day bed each room has a TV and DVD. There is a laundry room with full size washer & dryer too. There is a grocery store, gas station and beverage store within a few miles of Summer Place. Parking is convenient...just steps away from the condo. Everything you need for your family beach vacation!

Included is complimentary Beach Service available from 3/1/11 to 10/31/11 2 chairs and 1 umbrella -

We handle the reservations our self but onsite management make sure every detail of your trip is perfect.

Summer Place is such a great vacation spot for families, with only 53 units there will not be a crowd and the views are spectacular. That is why WE LOVE IT!!!

Why The Owner chose Fort Walton Beach

We wanted a gulf front condo where we could spend time with family and friends without the crowds. We choose Okaloosa Island for the small town feel, convenient location, and spectacular views of the ocean. The locals are very friendly and there are plenty of things to do right around the condo. Destin is just a 15 minute drive (depending on traffic). The pier is within walking distance to our favorite beach shop Kitty Hawk's...Be sure and check it out. There is something for everyone young and young at heart.

Summer Place is a family friendly area so come on out, relax and enjoy the view. It's amazing!!! We hope you will come see for yourself!!!

We want you and your family/friends repeat business. We will work hard to earn to make sure you enjoy your vacation at the beach. We handle all the reservations personally ourselves because we want to make sure your stay is perfect. We have onsite mangement to make sure all details are taken care of during your stay. Because Summer Place is a 'low-density' building (only 53 units), it provides more personal attention to each guest. The condo was perfect!! We went with our two children for a week on their spring break. This was convenient to the pool and beach. Parking right in front so loading and unloading the car was very easy. Mike was very nice and answered all emails I sent him. The pictures of the condo online looked exactly like them in person. The main bathroom had an entrance from the bedroom that made for privacy for my older child. I would definitely come back!!! Thank you!!

We thought the condo was just great and we enjoyed our stay very much. Just a few minor details...carpet was very dirty and they came and cleaned it. vacumn cleaner one wheel gone so we ordered it and fixed it ourselves, other than that we had no complaints....and hopefully we can return next year..
