Your dream vacation rental. Newly renovated and decorated. 3 Bedroom and 2 baths on golf course with great views. Full gourmet kitchen with spectacular granite countertops. Outdoor dining with a gas BBQ and cozy patio furniture. Great for entertaining, HD LCD Flat screen TVs in all bedrooms. Designer touch includes in all bedrooms very comfortable beds with luxurious linens.

Desert Princess has an affordable public 27 hole PGA Championship golf course, rated among the best in the valley by Golf Digest. A first rate tennis and sports facility, driving range, and active Country Club.

We are 10 minutes from the Palm Springs Airport, 2 hours to the beach and Disneyland, and Snow Skiing at Big Bear, 2 hours to Los Angeles, 25 minutes to El Paseo shopping, 20 minutes to Cabazon Shopping Outlet Mall. A short drive to many Casinos in downtown Palm Springs.

Very nice condo in Palm Springs, CA

This condo is very nice. The furniture, bedding, dishes, paint, appliances, etc. are all new and it is very nicely decorated. The shower in the master bathroom is awesome! It is very well stocked - lots of linens, kitchen items, etc. The location is great - very quiet and only a short walk to the pool.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

I spent the month of March 2012 in this condo. All information I received was accurate. The condo exceeded my expectations partly because it had been newly renovated and furnished, only three months prior to my arrival. It is extremely will equipped in the kitchen and elsewhere and immaculately clean. Having a flat panel TV in every room was an asset that we enjoyed. The outdoor patio facing one of the greens was very pleasant for reading and lounging about. The overall location is great with three very good supermarkets within one of two miles. The only issue we had was it would have been nice if one or more of the bedrooms had twin beds instead of the Queens as it would increase the flexibility for sleeping arrangements. I would definitely recommend this property. It's location within a mile of the freeway made getting around the valley very quick and easy. There are several very nice golf courses within a 10 minute drive and one very good one about half a mile away. The management were helpful, attentive, and did a great job.

Wonderful Vacation

We found the condo to be quite spacious and very well appointed. The kitchen is very well equipped. On arriving there was even a fruit bowl, flower, and bottled water on the table to greet us. The resort grounds are beautiful to look at from the patio. A pool and spa are located nearby. We truly enjoyed our vacation in this wonderful condo.
