This home was everything we had dreamed it would be!!! The location was better than any property we had ever rented! We have been coming to the beaches in this area for 20 years, and this was the best!
The layout of the house was great. We ranged from 2 years old to 72 and it worked out for everyone. This kitchen in particular was awesome. My husband created some unbelievable meals and we had everything we needed. The beds were so comfy !! Everything about this house is perfect!! Can't wait to go back!

We have stayed at beautiful beach houses before, but this house stands alone. It is an amazing experience. The views are out of this world! You literally just see water from some window views. It is so close to the water, you can almost touch it, yet, with the doors closed, it is practically soundproof. It is obviously a well-built home. It is also, beautifully decorated (high-end tile, updated features), well stocked and super clean. I never wanted to leave! Plus we took our pooches and they had a great time : )
I could go on and on.....quiet, private beach but close to everything, too. All I can say is, you had better rent it before I do!!

WOW - What an incredible house. Words can't describe how beautiful a location this is & the pictures don't do it justice. In fact, we never even went out to eat, because I didn't want to leave the view from the dining room or decks-there were a couple of days that we didn't even get in the car at all! While we saw other families with their wagons filled with chairs, umbrellas&coolers carting their stuff to &from the beach-we simply stepped off the carport & we were right on the beach! Thanks for the use of the chairs&umbrella.

Several mornings(about 9) & afternoons(about 5) we saw dolphins playing in the water right from the deck (I'd suggest bringing your binoculars for an even better view). Speaking of view-every room has an incredible view of the beach & from the kichen, it looks like you are in the middle of the water. The sunrises & sunsets are gorgeous. Also, there is a whole house (&deck) sound system (took a bit of figuring out-we finally got it) & a large TV & surround sound for our 'movie nights'

It's a great location, not only right on the beach, but less than 2 miles to Publix, CVS &WinnDixie to the east, & an easy & safe bike ride to the west- down side streets & paths to Rosemary beach area (cute shops & parkways in the central town area)-thanks Chris for letting us use the bikes-one thing about the bikes-they are mens adult sized-I'm short, so even the adult bike was a bit hard for me to ride because of the center bar. We rented a youth bike which worked out good for the kids (even teens)

The beds were so comfortable, the linens & towels were high quality, & the kitchen was well stocked with all of the dishes, untencils & equipment that you would need - but the grill was even better. And the house was incredibly clean & well maintained. Usually, I have to clean or wipe down something or wash dishes before we use them-not here-everything was spotless.

We had fun walking on the beach looking for shells, playing in the sand, swimming in the gulf, flying a kite, throwing baseballs & footballs & frisbies, & at night we took flashlights & walked the beach catching crabs in nets-great fun-don't forget glowsticks & flashlights. The kids enjoyed the pool-it's bigger than appears in pics-about 7X16 and 4 ft deep.

Nine well deserving mom's spent a fabulous 3 night stay at this amazing gulf-front home! The kitchen, the pool, the views.....what more can I say! We had the best of it all and have already rebooked for next year...can't wait!

Literally right at the gulf, cause you couldn't get any closer to the sea. Amazing house, one of a kind. Extremely well planned and mantained. Chris was really accomodating with everything. Best rental ever in the area. House also seemed very safe, we experienced a tropical storm in our last 2 days, lots of rain and wind but structure and window treatments on the house let us sleep like babies with no fear at all. You could really tell that this house is extremely well thought. Would rent again, no doubt!.

Beautiful home on the beach with everything you could possibly want. Loved being directly on the beach and enjoyed the gorgeous views. Great for riding bikes to Rosemary beach. Can't wait to return to paradise!

This house is awesome! Great location! Chris was awesome to work with. We are hoping for a return trip. We loved the area and enjoyed the most relaxing vacation we've every had. My daughter loved the bunk area. The views from all bedrooms are amazing. The sunrises and sunsets are phenomenal. Lots of amenities. Thanks for a great experience.
