Great Place, Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was as described and shown on the website, place was very spacious for us and our two teenage boys. Marvelous views of the Chicago Skyline, we could also see the Lake and the great expanse out to the suburbs. Close to everything, which was nice since it was very cold! Loved the fact the unit has a basketball court, really unique, we used it a lot. Only issue we ran into was with the Wifi, which was a bit slow, and on a couple of occasions was out (cable company problem). Would definitely recommend, and rent again.

Amazing views

We spent 3 nights with my parents, celebrating my father's birthday. The views are amazing. The balcony is a wonderful way to view everything up close - although January was a little cold. The location was exactly where we wanted to be. The condo was beautiful, spacious, and so comfortable. We had 7 people for dinner one night and it didnt feel over crowded. I would recommend this condo to anyone. Really a wonderful, upscale vacation.

Fantastic Holiday Weekend

My husband and I rented this beautiful, well appointed unit for a pre-Christmas weekend with our son and his girlfriend who were visiting from Los Angeles. What an amazing find for us! The location was fantastic, the accommodations were perfect, and we enjoyed some great dinners while in the city. This unit on the 47th floor of 540 N. State exceeded our expectations - Comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, amazing views of the city, and quiet. This rental is a wonderful alternative to staying in a hotel - We felt right at home, and with parking included, the price is VERY reasonable. We will definitely contact Chicago Premier Suites the next time we need a place to stay in the city!

Magnificent in every way!

This unit was everything we had hoped for and more. The unit was clean and well-maintained. The overall facilities were top-notch. The view was beyond spectacular - in every direction, it was a feast for the eyes. The staff at Chicago Premier Suites was accommodating and were helpful as needed. The photos of the unit are accurate and reflect the contemporary decor of the unit. We had a rental car that we were able to park in the facilities' garage. Unless we ventured out of the city, we were able to walk to everything. One would be hard pressed to find a more ideal location overall. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for an ideal spot in downtown Chicago.

Enjoyed our stay

Initially planned for 3 nights, but when we arrived we were so pleased, we extended our trip by 1 more night. Very smooth move into the apartment. The neighbors are all nice, professional type people. Location is great, washer/dryer was great, supermarket right out the front door was very great. Decor not terribly kid friendly, but our girls are pretty tame. We will stay here again.

Christmas Visit

Great stay. Outstanding location just a couple of blocks off Michigan and surrounded by great places to eat. Right on top of the Red Line train station. Very good grocery store located at the base of the building and a Starbucks located within a block - in two directions. Excellent work out facility. The condo was well furnished. We cooked a couple of meals here and had everything we needed. The air mattress was everything they said it would be. First rate washer and dryer - which we used often, I highly recommend this condo and will come back.

Great apartment, great location, great service!

We recently stayed at this apartment in Chicago for 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.
The team at Chicago Premier were very friendly and responsive, and went out of their way to make sure our stay was pleasant and hassle-free.
Hire bikes were organised for us at very little notice, and were free of charge which was a nice touch. When our flight got delayed on the last day, we were allowed to stay in the apartment a few hours past check-out time which we were also very grateful for.
The apartment itself was very new, comfortably/tastefully furnished and spottlessly clean - and had a better-equipped kitchen than my own! The only thing missing was a kettle - which would probably only bother us tea-loving Brits, but this certainly did not detract from the overall very positive experience.
I would have no problem recommending this apartment to anyone and I will use it again next time I visit the city.

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment--it was a return visit for us to Chicago Premier Suites. I just cannot say enough good things about the place and about Brannon. It is so very comfortable and such a lovely way to be in Chicago. We can't wait to go again!

Grand Plaza is the best solution to enjoy the second city.
From the 32nd floor every morning, when you will look out of the window, you will have an incredible seight of chicago... michigan ave is 2 minutes by feet and here you will find all the best shops and the most famous restaurants!
Staying in the Grand Plaza you will have all the comforts you need, also those you cuoldnt imagine: gym, swim pool, a room where you can relax and read a book..
and at the ground floor at any time a doorman will welcome you with the smile
i have a beautiful memory of my vaca in chicago! i miss it so much! i'd like to come back tomorrow and to return to grand plaza 32nd where everything is beautiful
