LUXURY BOATHOUSE TOWNHOME at HARBOR VILLAS in ALEXANDRIA BAY

Queen Master bedroom with beautiful decor and comfort. Flat screen TV/DVD and plenty of closet and storage space. Granite, Stainless, and custom cabinets in the kitchen designed for entertaining with HUGE eat-in Island. Hardwood floors extending into the open floor plan with comfort reclining couches and a 40" flat screen TV and DVD. Full stone wall with gas fireplace and full wall of windows with sliding doors leading out to the balcony overlooking the bay that leads to the river. the Bar-B-Q and patio dining set make it a pleasure to watch the boats enter and leave of the bay, enjoy the wildlife as they fly by, and have your morning coffee while enjoying the sunrise each morning.

Upstairs, the LOFT is a suite all it's own, with a plush Queen bed and office that looks over the docks on the bay. An attic style bedroom has been set up for the kids to have the perfect sleep over with two twin beds, and two air beds along with a flat screen TV/DVD. A pocket door closes the room off for privacy from the loft and a view of the pines on the other side of the parking, and opens for great ventilation.

Last, but not least is the 30' boathouse. It's the perfect "man cave" for storing boats and toys. With the seating area and fishing platform it is a great place to gather at the water even on rainy days, and keeps your boat under cover and ready whenever you decide to open the garage door and venture out to the bay which is just around the corner from the main channel. Your first sight when reaching the channel is Boldt Castle and thousands of Islands to explore.

Frank and Linda grew up in Central New York and discovered the river when visiting Linda's parents on Wellesley Island. After moving to Colorado in 1998 they never lost the love of the River and built thier Harbor Villa Townhome as a place to return once or twice a year for some fishing, boating and visiting with friends and family. They have opened it up for rental to share the experience with travelers and locals hoping to find a peaceful place to rest while enjoying the beauty of the river and excitement of what Alex Bay has to offer. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

We enjoyed our stay at Harbor Villa. The condo was very clean and nicely appointed. It makes good use of every inch of space with comfortable sleeping accommodations for 6. It was well-stocked with cleaning supplies and paper products. If you are a boater, you will love the private boathouse. It is easy walking distance to town. We would stay again!

Recommended for: Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
