Wonderful condo!

My husband and I spend the week there with our 20mo. old son and my parents. The condo was perfect for us all. There was plenty of space, it was very clean and well-stocked, and the access to the pool and playground was great. At times, road traffic and neighbors could be a bit loud. As for the area, the proximity to the beach was ideal, but we were wishing for more restaurants, fruit stands, shops, and cafes to be within walking distance.

Truly Paradise

We had such a fantastic time at the Lopez family condo!!! Not only would I recommend it to anyone staying in the area, we are already planning our next trip to Puerto Rico!
First off Patricia was a pleasure to deal with. She worked with me on payments, which was greatly appreciated. Once we arrived at SJU, her father, William (who was delightful) met us at the car rental place to give us keys, a map, and directions. At the end of our trip, our deposit was refunded the day after we checked out, which was great!
The condo- the pictures do not do it justice. It is spacious, very clean and has a loving homey feel. The beds were comfortable and we had no problem calling this place home for the week. The kitchen had the basics, but once we found all the great restaurants in the area, the kitchen was mostly used for drink making. There was a great supermarket right in town if you were looking to cook your own meals. The only negative I have is the small dogs in some of the surrounding condos, but really, if thats the worst thing about the stay, life is good.
Although the ocean is right across the street, we used the pool every day. The beach got crowded on the weekends, and it was a little bit of a trek to find a spot with the clear pristine waters we became accustomed to on our trip.
THe location is fantastic! El Yunque was only about half an hour away. WE took a bio-bay trip was was only three minutes down 987. If you do go on a Bio bay trip in fajardo,. try the Pina Coladas at the Pincho stand. Hands down, best we had on the island. Luquillo kiosks were a great night time venture for a fantastic dinner at a peruvian restaurant and drinks at a couple bars. The ferry to Culebra is only about 10 min from the condo, and that day of the beach was something I cannot recommend enough. Truly the most beautiful beach I have ever been to. Just know that tickets do sell out early so buy a head of time if possible.
I cannot say enough great things about the trip the ladies and I had. You will not be disappointed.

Great vacation, perfect relaxing days

We have enjoyed a lot our vacation in this wonderful apartment. It is located in a safe, gated community, only a two minute walk away from Seven Seas Beach. It is also in the sorroundings of Fajardo, so that you have a very big mall only a couple of miles away or you can take the ferry to the islands of Culebra and Vieques. You have also many restaurants in the area that you can go to. The apartment is very spacious, extremely clean and well furnished. It really has everything you need! The rooms are big and the kitchen is fully equipped with all the stuff you need. The best part of the apartment is the large balcony from which you can see the ocean and enjoy the beautiful view. There is also a nice pool area in the gated community which was very clean and well maintained. We recommend this condo for all people who want to enjoy the beach, the nature but also shopping malls and city life.

Great Condo!

This condo by far exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and well appointed with everything we needed - comfortable beds, high end linens, dishes, etc. There were even a few toiletries (shampoo, etc.) to hold us over until we could get to the store. It is very spacious - more than enough room for our family of 4. Location is directly across the street from Seven Seas Beach, which was very convenient. Recommend taking the path to Governors Beach - path is flooded but keep going and you will be rewarded with an empty, pristine beach. Kids also enjoyed the pool and play area. The owners were very helpful and accommodating.

Very Relaxing Week

The villa was extremely clean and well furnished. We spent a lot of time on the balcony and listening to the ocean and enjoying the warm breeze. It was perfect for our group of six as it pertains to cooking, having meals, and just hanging out. The villa had a good selection of appliances, but we would have welcomed a larger coffee pot than the 4 cups unit in place. We only used the pool area once, but it was clean and well maintained. Seven Seas beach was across the street, and a great gateway to the 2 secluded beaches. The location of the villa was also very conventient to the Cabezas Reserve, snorkeling and the Bio Bay. We had barking dogs behind the villa for several nights, but we solved that by closing the windows. Overall it was a very relaxing week and we would definitely recommend the unit.

Our entire family really enjoyed staying at this villa. We had a great location - right across the street from seven-seas beach. The place was safe, clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The pictures are very accurate. It is in a small gated community with a nice pool area & view of the beach from the balcony. There were lots of nearby activities including the rain forest, ziplines, kayaking in biobay, and snorkeling trips. We were a family that included teenagers and grandma. The owners sent us a very helpful list of recommended & nearby activities. I would recommend the kayak trip & snorkeling to nearby islands. This was our first trip to Puerto Rico & we were looking for a nice place away from the busy San Juan area. I would highly recommend this place.

Warm, cozy, and amazing!

Picking this wonderful condo from homeaway was very easy and simple. The key exchange went very smooth as well. The owner worked around our schedule to meet us to get the keys. When we arrived everything was nice and clean just as we had expected. Each room had its own theme and decorations not your boring hotel room decorations. The condo is very well maintained and everything was in working order. We loved sitting out on the balcony and playing cards at night as we watched the sunset on the water. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. It even had some things I didn't even notice like a blender until the day we left. Also has a washer and dryer to clean those clothes that you might want to wear again during your trip. The owner said there was some left over food an alcohol that we could help ourselves too! Now let me tell you about the beach. The beach was not even a two minute walk away from the condo. The beach didn't seem to have many tourists on it either. Beautiful water and soft sand. And if you get tired at the beach you can head back to the condo, rest, and then go back to the beach to walk on as the sun sets.

All and all I would highly recommended their condo to anyone that is looking for something different than your average hotel with a very homey feeling. Just remember...The sand belongs on the beach not in the condo!!

Had a great stay in Fajardo @ Seven Seas Beach. This is a great location near the attractions of Fajardo and the fantastic beaches within walking distance. The codo was well equipped and spotlessly clean. Located close to the pool with a view of the beach from the balcony.
The owner greated us at the airport and was very helpful.The only drawback to the location is that it is near the road and the traffic noise on the weekends might keep you up.

I highly recommend this rental!

Palma Vista is perfectly located across the street from Seven Seas beach, walking distance to Nature Reserve, near best restaurants, etc. Got kisses from my sister-in-law for selecting the best place in Fajardo. The living area was very large (great when 4 cousins visited) and the master bedroom and especially the master bathroom are large. Very clean and comfortable. Washer and dryer were a real asset. The lst night was difficult to sleep--boom boxes and noise from the beach and trailer park behind the unit, but that was expected (Easter holiday I knew would be very busy at that beach). The rest of the week was quiet and the beach was very uncrowded--just a few nice people we enjoyed meeting. We had the pool, which was really a wonderful warm bathtub, totally to ourselves. The unit was less than half the price of El Conquistador, which has no beach, but has $23.00 hamburgers (we heard). My only criticism is that there was no closet in the master bedroom and few hangers--a problem for me because even my casual clothes are ironed and need to be hung. Also, our shoes had to be on the floor in the room, and I do not like clutter. There is room for an Amoire if the owners want to keep the closet as an owners' closet. I also wish there were a TV in the bedroom. However, I am still giving this rental a 5 because the owners were exceptionally lovely and pleasant to deal with, and the unit really was wonderful!!!! I highly recommend this rental! Be sure to take the ferry to Culebra to visit Flamenco beach. Also, the nature reserve has a night-time walking tour which includes the bioluminescent bay, but SO MUCH more than one would see with Kayaks. Very informative and only $22.00. Of course, Rainforest (which is nearby), Old San Juan, etc.

Great location and very comfortable

My family stayed at the Lopez's Condo the first week in April and it was a wonderful experience. Madeleine sent us information a head of time of things to do and where to go. She was very professional and easy to work with. The condo was very nice. It is in a small gated community that is right across the street from the Seven Sea Beach which we had a nice view of from the balcony of the condo. The condo had all the amenities of home and was clean and spacious. One of the best things was the location. We were near Fajardo and the rain forest, ziplines, Kayaking in biolumenary bay, and small island snorkeling trips were all within 45 mins or less and most within 15 mins. For people looking to enjoy the culture of Pueto Rico vs the big resort vacation this condo is perfect. We would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend it.
