Newly renovated condo placed in a very convenient location. Less than 1 mile to Ole Miss Campus and 2.8 miles to oxford square. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Being in the back of subdivision, the condo has minimal traffic flow and lots of extra parking.
This two story condo has a very socially inviting floor plan, with hardwood floor throughout downstairs and new carpet upstairs. Two bedrooms upstairs with private bathrooms and a half bath off the living area. King size beds with luxury cotton sheets in each bedroom. A queen size 12in elevated Aerobed with hands-free AC pump is available for extra guests.
40” LED HDTV with Cable, wireless internet, well-equipped kitchen, grill in the back patio.

Awesome condo near Ole Miss

We rented this condo while visiting my son at Ole Miss. It is exactly as advertised, very clean and with a very well stocked kitchen. The beds were comfy and wifi worked great. I have rented many places through vrbo and you can tell that these owners are putting in the extra effort. I would highly recommend it! Much better choice than the limited hotel options.

Great time at The Grove

My daughter is attending Ole Miss next year so we wanted to see what an Ole Miss football game and The Grove was all about. We rented the condo with another family that was also interested in the school. The Condo was in a great location and the setup was perfect. We had 2 sets of parents that took the beds upstairs and the 2 girls slept on the couch downstairs. The couch was so big we didnt even get out the blowup. A short drive to campus and parking was easy. We had a great time and I hope to rent again when we move our daughter in the fall. Thank you so much!

We were in Oxford for a friend's wedding. This was the PERFECT sized condo for two couples with little ones. Very nice furnishing. Big screen TV. Two big king beds and lots of extra pillows and blankets. We were pleasantly surprised that the kitchen had everything we needed. Cable and wifi were provided as well. So many restaurants nearby. Couldn't have asked for anything more!

This is the third time we've stayed here and we are pleased each time. Very nice property, clean and comfortable. Nice location and close to the Square and campus. The owner is very easy to work with and quick to respond to questions.

We had a wonderful time. The condo was very clean and very comfortable for sleeping. We had 6 people so 2 were on the air mattress...but they said they were very comfy! The walk home from Campus after the game was not bad at all! Great location and great property! We woudl definitely return!

This is a great property. The listing read great but the property exceeded our expectations. A lot of thought and attention went into preparing this property for rental. The owners thought of everything. I'm looking forward to an opportunity to stay here again. I wholeheartedly recommend this property.

Forgot to reserve a hotel for freshman move in day and had resorted to 2 rooms in Batesville. Found this and it was perfect! So close to campus and all the shops we needed to finish getting the dorm room set up. Wish it was available for the Texas A&M football game!

This condo is perfectly furnished with everything you need for a home away from home. The owners make sure you have all the information you need to make your stay comfortable. It's in a very convenient location as well. This was our first time renting through vrbo.com and the entire process was very easy. We will definitely be staying here again.
