the people are the nicest I've experiences in the Caribbean, the beaches are breathtaking, access is good from most major ports, 5 minute drive from international airport, weather is always good and there are lots of activities when you don't want to just relax on the beach.

What makes this condo unique

this is my second home so I furnished it as such, using high quality furniture and accessories. I have traveled extensively and always appreciate an owner who makes an effort to ensure his guest have a memorable, relaxing and enjoyably time surrounded by nice things. The condo is absolutely beautiful, but also very comfortable.

We spent in week in the Marina in this beautiful place. Not only is the view from your balcony breath taking but the condo itself is simply luxurious with beautiful furniture and décor. The locations couldn’t be better a short drive from the airport, close to the local grocery store, shopping and restaurants. The friendly staff goes above and beyond to help in everyway possible to ensure your trip is relaxing. I can’t wait to book our next trip back to this condo!!!

My wife and I as well as another couple spent a week in this Condo. It was Awesome. The view from the Balcony was spectacular as it ovelooked the beach and Ocean. There were three or four pools to choose from. There were very few people when we visited and it felt like we had our own private complex. The workout facilities were great and we were in walking distance of two excellent restaurants. The free shuttle service took us over to other beaches (Caleton was our favorite. Coctails and messages on the beach).

I am looking forward to going back again!

We spent a wonderful 6 days at this property. Great location and the morning sunrises were terrific! I really recommend visiting Juanillo Beach within Cap Cana. Can't wait to return!

Beautiful condo and location

My wife and I as well as one other couple stayed at this condo this September. Both the penthouse and the property are exactly as pictured. The property itself is lovely with beautiful plantings that are well kept up. The owner was helpful in getting information to us before the trip and had arranged several contact persons in Cap Cana to assist us during the visit. There are good restaurants in the development which are walkable, as well as some in the nearby community. An excellent supermarket is available about 7-8 mins away. Note - a little Spanish would be helpful in the Dominican Republic (and we didn't have any). In short, I would recommend this lovely condo for a delightful and peaceful beach vacation.

Superb panoramic views, excellent pools and restaurants within the facilities, and convenience of close proximity to airport and grocery store. Would recommend this rental to anyone!
