This was our first trip to St. Thomas and I'm so glad we chose this rental unit. The location is wonderful and the views are amazing. The wrap-around porch and nicely appointed kitchen were my favorite parts of the condo. The pull-out sofa bed was even surprisingly comfortable! Instead of other units we saw, with a ton of steps up to them, this one only a couple, so there was no "hiking" to our room at the end of a long day exploring the island.
I highly recommend this rental. It was clean, exactly as pictured, and the location couldn't be beat.

Excellent stay on St. Thomas

When we arrived the unit was clean and ready for our stay. The owners made sure that everything we needed was right there for us to enjoy the sun and fun. We could not have been closer to the water or pool. The view was worth the whole trip! We did day charter on the Morningstar and had a great day sailing. Everyone seemed so friendly. We have already booked our next return trip and plan on staying again. Thanks, Jeff

Breathtaking Views!

This property is just perfect! There were no stairs- right at street level, but above the actual tree-line, so spectacular views! Just enough room for our group of four. Slept comfortably & had space to move about. The wrap-around patio is by far the best part. Full views from the moment you wake up & the slight breezes were very refreshing. The two beaches were easily accessible and a quick walk. The shore-side cafe/bar was very close, but the nightlife noise never reached our condo- the best of both worlds. The food was excellent and the bar staff was attentive & kept the drinks flowing. Most definitely will book here again!

My wife and I have been to St Thomas several times over the years. The past 2 times we stayed at Point Pleasant. However, this unit, was far superior and we're definitely going to stay here again!! The view is SPECTACULAR!! It's a comfortable place and well appointed. The breeze was great...we didn't even need to run the A/C (only one night when the wind died down).
The owner was very helpful and the rates are great. We also loved his recommendation for sailing on the Morningstar, which is just anchored right out front of our unit. It was the best day of our vacation. Captain Mike and his first mate that day, Bridget, were so much fun.
Also...you can look down on the pool for the resort. Great sunrises, then off to the pool. Can't wait to go back and stay at this unit again!

I stayed in this Point Pleasant condo around Thanksgiving 2011. It was a great trip, and a wonderful place to stay! The view was the best part! And it was close to Red Hook which is a really cool area. When I go back to St Thomas next year, I'll definitely be renting this unit again. One of the great features was that, once you drive to the unit, you don't have to go up or down a bunch of stairs like most of the units. Just 5 stairs up to a deck, then you're right on the correct level. Very cool! The unit was well appointed and comfortable.
