($995.00 plus $149.25 tax: $1144.25)

Holidays will be slightly higher and have a 3 night minimum stay.

Uncle Sam does require tax.

Winter:

$149 Friday and Saturday.

Add a 3rd night for $99

$99 per night with 3 weeknight stay (Monday - Thursday!

7 nights: $595.00 plus tax.

Winter long term monthly rate: Dec, Jan, Feb:

$995.00 per month with a 2 month stay.

30 nights: $1295.00.

We are private owners and have several condos at the Casa Del Mar.

All the condos at the Casa Del Mar are privately owned. We prefer to take care of our own condos rather than let another company do it for us.

We live nearby on the island if you need us for anything.

Our Palm Suite is one of several condos we have at the Casa Del Mar complex. The Casa Del Mar has 276 privately owned units.Casa Del Mar is located at the corner of 61st and Seawall Blvd right across the street from the sandy part of the beach on the Gulf of Mexico.

Each condo has a great view of the Gulf of Mexico.

Palm Suite offers a view of the Gulf of Mexico from your own private balcony patio. Plus add the bonus of the Texas Sunsets in the evenings. This is my mothers favorite part!

We loved the Palm Suite! All we needed to bring was a toothbrush!
Great views of the beach and a bonus view of the sunset in the evenings.

We just stayed at the Palm Suite at Casa Del Mar and it was wonderful. Jay worked a miracle for my family, we had booked somewhere else and never received cofirmation so at the last minute Jay came to the rescue and saved our vacation with the grandbabies. The condo was clean and great & the kids loved sleeping in the bunk beds. The view was wonderful along with the pool. You could not ask for a better location. We will be back for sure. Thanks again for making our vacation possible and fun.

I would like to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay at the Palms. It couldn't have been more convenient to the beach, restaurants or shopping. Our grandsons fell in love with the beach and riding the waves on their boogie boards. The Palm Suite had everything we needed for a great time. We will return soon for another visit.

We had a lovely stay at the Palm Suite condo at the Casa Del Mar. It is a privately owned condo and much nicer than we expected. It was neat, clean, well organized and well supplied. We loved being able to sit on our private balcony and see the Gulf of Mexico and the Texas sunsets! What a treat! The kids loved the sandy beach and the heated pool. We will never stay at a hotel again. Jay and Taz made our experience just awesome! We will be back soon!
