Great place..Everything you need...loved it

My wife and I chose this place for our 39th wedding anniversary based on its proximity to downtown Austin but also because it was a great alternative to staying downtown. It is 5 minutes to anyplace downtown, close proximity to good restaurants both upscale and food carts. Gated community with great parking close to the condo. Pool right outside your door, back deck with sun porch is quiet with views of the lake. In the morning it was so quiet you literally could meditate to the morning sounds of birds, wind, lake rippling and such. It was just plain relaxing.
All the amenities in the condo, didnt want for a thing. Internet and free parking saves a bunch from downtown hotels. Owner was fantastic and very informative. Easy in and easy out. Right choice for us. Great time in Austin. Will go back and probably stay again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Perfect Location

This was the perfect location for our week in Austin -- very close to downtown, SoCo, all our favorite restaurants, and Zilker Park. We loved the dock on the waterfront and would take a glass of wine down to sit in the evenings and watch the city lights. The condo was spacious for three adults and the kitchen was well stocked with equipment and dishes. When we wanted to, we were able to cook in our usual style and entertain with no problems. I also really enjoyed sitting on the balcony of the condo and watching all the birds in the greenspace outside.
