Fabulous game day condo is great for enjoying all University athletic activities, conventions, concerts, or anything that brings you and your group to Tuscaloosa!! Recently renovated condo has all new stainless appliances and granite countertops in kitchen and bathrooms. Condo is conveniently located just 2 blocks from Bryant Denny Stadium!! The unit has 3 designated parking spots included for you and your guests, a feature which is very important during any event drawing so many people.
Walk to the game and restaurants if you like. You can also take advantage of the University of Alabama's Trolley system which runs downtown as well as through campus.
You will have access to everything you need for a wonderful stay.

I am a University of Alabama graduate and love Tuscaloosa. My degree is in accounting and I am a hairdresser in Northport. I currently live 30 minutes south of Tuscaloosa. My husband and I love to travel. We have dogs, cats, and horses. I can recommend my favorite restaurants and places to see while you are in Tuscaloosa if you like.

Cute condo with all of the amenities! The condo was very clean and recently upgraded. Jennifer provided everything we needed for our stay for graduation. Our family enjoyed the comfort and space. Jennifer was a delight to work with in scheduling our stay. Would love to stay at this condo when back in Tuscaloosa! Roll Tide!

Perfect UA Condo

Great location near University of Alabama and very nice, clean modern furnishings--just as described in listing. Owner was very nice to work with and prompt with communications. Would definately recommend this property if you're in Tuscaloosa for a UA event/weekend. We will look forward to staying again during football season! Thanks Jenn!

Weekend stay for a football game

My crew was a group of two couples that stayed for a long football weekend.
The unit is 1 of 3 total units in a building about 2 blocks from the stadium. The unit, building, and surroundings are very clean, well-lit, and safe. Access in and out is a breeze and there is ample parking for at least 3 vehicles if needed. We rarely drove, in fact walked to all points on campus, The Strip, and downtown, as the weather was pleasant.
Furnishings are modern, there is a very large flat-screen TV in the living room and master bedroom, and the kitchen appliances are fairly new and nice. A tower speaker w/ iPod input is in the living room. Bedrooms and master bath are upstairs and all are very comfortable. There is a rear-exit door which leads out to a small courtyard (pictured above) that has a nice gas/charcoal grille combo. We encountered very little noise through the walls, really just the occasional door closing. The neighbors were very cordial and welcoming.
The owner is easy to reach and very accommodating.
I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again, particularly for football weekends.

Great Visit to see University of Alabama son

We all had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful condo. The photos and description depict the condo perfectly. It is beautiful and what a fantastic location if you are wanting to be close to campus and shopping. The "Strip", stadium and campus are in walking distance which is wonderful! The condo owner was a delight to work with, and I truly look forward to working with her in the future. I will definitely stay here again when I visit my son!

Awesome condo! Perfect location!

My Mom and I went to visit my daughter who is a student at UofA and preferred to stay in a condo rather than a hotel just simply so that we could have our own bedroom and access to a kitchen (refrigerator, etc) and this was the best condo! Perfect location to campus, strip and stadium. I would definitely recommend and plan to stay there again while visiting. Owners were very accomodating and property was clean, decorated so neat and in excellent condition!
