Absolute Paradise

My family was looking for the perfect home to rent as we celebrated the birthdays of both my husband and son. We found everything we needed in this lovely home. The cottage is immaculate, and beautifully decorated throughout. Kevin was so helpful and informative throughout the entire process. A pleasure to communicate with. We celebrated my son's birthday at Morey's Pier and my husband's at Aleatheas in Cape May. Every activity was a stone's throw away. The porch is great for conversing with family and friends, and there are breathtaking views from the back deck! We were not able to take advantage of the grills or bikes, as we were on a tight schedule with the two birthday parties and other activities we planned, but we hope to return soon and enjoy all of the amenities this home has to offer. I highly recommend this home, especially to those with large families.

Awesome House

We arrived to find the most welcoming house for our extended weekend in Cape May. Everything was just wonderful, from the layout to the decor. The front porch was great for sitting around enjoying drinks and conversation. The two kitchens were great, since we had some very early risers, they used the back kitchen in the early mornings for coffee, and access to the back deck. The main kitchen had everything we needed for making breakfast for the crowd.
We enjoyed the use of the bikes, which were a lot of fun, it had been a very long time since I had last rode one, I guess you really don't forget how to ride a bike
The group of 7 family & friends enjoyed our stay, some of us had stayed at one of Kevin's other properties last year, so we knew we would have a great home for the weekend. I highly recommend any of Kevin's properties, they are just wonderful. We are all looking forward to a return trip. We enjoy Cape May so much, that it seems to have become an annual Spring Trip.

Three cottages are offered two bedrooms on New Jersey Ave, this cottage a 9 bedroom 6 bath with 3 kitchens (single floor rentals available for 4 or 5 bedrooms) or our 5 bedroom on Third Avenue all cottages are air conditioned, heated, include beach cruiser bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas and of course a very nicely furnished, clean cottage for your enjoyment. Excellent house and a good vacation

we were 22 people from my family coming in from Europe for a wedding and we rented kevins houseand everything was just perfect. Kevins instructions and suggestions for around the area was just perfect. The house is very nice and well layed out. the rooms are nice and well maintained and the keys for the house is a great idea. We did not get to use the grills or the bikes in the basement because of the season, but i am sure that in summer this is a big plus for the house. Everything worked as described in the house. It is nice with the three kitchens and the patios are great for sitting and talking. All in all a great vacation and i will recommend the house to anyone

Great Rental

Our entire family from grandparents to grandkids spent Thanksgiving week in this excellent rental, and a great time was had by all. It was clean, well stocked, and nicely decorated. The beds were all new and comfortable, the house was spacious with 2 living areas, and the 3 kitchens and refrigerators came in very handy for cooking. We lucked out with the weather and took advantage of using the many bikes the house came with. The owner Kevin was very responsive to questions and called to check how things were while we were there. I would rent this home again in a heartbeat.

Ideal Beach House

Eleven 55+ ladies rented Kevin's wonderful home for a week in late September. We had hardly arrived and unpacked when Kevin called to see if everything was in order. He is the most responsive home owner I have ever rented from. The house was fabulous with 3 kitchens, 3 porches and lots of room for many activities. The beach was right around the corner and the ocean is visible from two of the decks. It is nicely located in Cape May and the street was a quiet street. The basement had 2 sections where bikes and beach equioment was stored. The floors were clean enough to eat off of. This house will not disappoint!

My family of 10 came to Cape May to attend our daughters wedding at Cape May, and stayed on the 2nd floor. We were pleasantly surprised at how terrific this house was. Anything you needed was there and more!!! Kitchen equipment, grill, bikes, beach chairs, umbrella, etc. The rooms were beautiful, and roomy, everyone had more than enough room. The back porch with the ocean view is where I spent most of my time, while all the guys enjoyed watching football in the living room. I would definetly reccomend this property to large families, and who don't want to drive anywhere, walking distance to the beach, etc. Just a great experience for all of us.

Magnificent home

The house is awesome. The pride in ownership shines throughout the house and the amenities they provide. Upon arrival we were greeted by Kevin who took us through the whole house to make sure we enjoyed his home and our vacation to the fullest. We have been renting in Cape May for over 30 years as our family vacation and this is by far the best experience we have had with a rental property. The only thing you need to do is take advantage of everything this house and town has to offer.

Perfect beach house for large families!

We vacationed here with a family of 20 for my mother and father-in-law's 50th wedding anniversary/family reunion. Our group included kids ages 1 - 19 and 5 sets of parents. My in-laws said it was the "best vacation they have ever had" and they have stayed in some of the best hotels all over the world. No one in our group was disappointed. The location is ideal: a short block to the beach on a relatively quiet street, and an easy walk / bike ride to shops and restaurants. The house is equipped with EVERYTHING you could possibly need, and it is immaculately maintained. Even the basement where the bikes and beach gear is stored is immaculate and very well organized. We go to the Florida beaches often, and our kids say that this was the best beach trip ever. The owner obviously goes out of his way to anticipate your every need for a relaxing week at the beach. I just can't say enough about this place! What a wonderful week!!

Best Family Vacation Home

This property has everything to offer for the best family vacation anyone could hope for. The location is perfect. It's only one block from the beach which offers excellent access to the beach and a quiet place to sit out in the evening. The bikes and beach chairs were very much appreciated.
The 3 kitchens came in handy for our large family dinners. Their are plenty of bathrooms for everyone and the washer and dryers make it possible to pack light and still have plenty to wear.
Our family especially enjoyed the large front porch. We spent several evenings sitting outside and talking about old times.
It was the perfect vacation.

What a wonderful house! You will love it!

First of all, I have to say that the landlord was professional, courteous and always very quick to respond to emails or questions. Very simply, a pleasure to deal with.
And the house, Oh My. We rented both floors and it was just as described. Such a pleasure to have coffee in the morning on the front porch. We spent many pleasant evenings playing cards on the back porch first floor. The cooling ocean breezes and views were amazing from the upstairs porch.
There is plenty of room for all of your family and friends in this great house. Three fully stocked kitchens, ceiling fans in most of the rooms, great living rooms with which to unwind, and amazing TV's are just a few of the amenities.
When we went to the basement to see the bikes, we were simply in awe. It looked like a first class bicycle shop; 22 different bikes in all shapes and sizes and so clean and well-maintained. Then we saw the beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach carts and beach blankets (really they were beautiful soft quilts).
The entire cottage was very clean and well appointed. Very comfortable couches and chairs with great decor. Plenty of parking for our family.
And location, location, location. Walk to the beach in three minutes, with a great beach bar/restaurant on the corner. Also a liquor store but carries suntan lotion and various other items. Take one of those great bikes and ride along the promenade or to one of the many great restaurants. You can walk to bike to the great shops at the Washington Mall, just a few blocks away.
I highly recommend this property and I know you will love it as much as we do!
