Spacious Condo and Beautiful Area

We (6 adult family members) stayed at this spacious and beautifully furnished condo over Spring Break 2013. Upon arrival, we were greeted at the guard's gate and given a parking pass for both of our cars for the week. The underground parking was ample and we were consistently able to park nearby the elevator to our condo area. The condo's front door has an entry keypad so you never have to worry about keeping up with a key.
We were very excited once we got inside the condo to find everything spotlessly clean and to realize each bedroom had it's own beautiful private bathroom, along with very clean, attractive bedding and fresh towels. Everything in the condo feels current and stylish, while being comfortable and family friendly. We especially enjoyed the high-end kitchen and the media room. Having two living areas was beneficial since we had 6 adults that wanted to watch different TV programs.
The large, well furnished balcony looked over the sparkling pools, waterfalls, and had a view to the beach and lake. This area, while only 5 minutes from Seaside's throngs of tourists and 15 minutes from Sandestin, was quiet and peaceful even though it was Spring Break. There were only about 10 people at the pool on it's busiest day and maybe, as many down at the beach. If the weather had been warmer (our high was 71) we may have seen more people out enjoying the pools and gorgeous, white sand beach.
There's a Publix and WalMart just outside of Sandestin (on Hwy 98) where you can pick up supplies and groceries.
We would definitely stay in this condo again, it was perfect in so many ways!

WHAT A WONDERFUL CONDO WITH FRIENDS AND FAMILY

Great time was had by all of us...which included our son, daughter, and grandson and our long time college friends and their two granddaughters. Plenty of space and the media room was a Godsend for the four year old and a miracle when all else failed with the "terrible two" year old grandchildren. We want to make this a regular vacation rental!!

We just returned from a week stay and this far exceeded our expectations! From the minute we walked through the doors, we were in awe of how beautiful the condo was. There was more than enough room for 9 of us (5 adults & 4 kids). Perfect location with amazing views of the pools, lake and ocean. The best part was how quiet and relaxing the pools were every day...it was as if we had them to ourselves. No need to worry about getting chairs at the pool or beach - they're never crowded or busy. The community is gated and safe with underground parking. You are just a short ride to Destin, Watercolor & Seaside. If you stay here, you have to eat at Red Bar....amazing dinner just around the corner! Our kids will remember this vacation for years to come and actually told us they'd rather come back here than go back to Disney, which says a lot. We hope to return very soon. Gorgeous property and unit. Pictures of the unit don't do it justice. Balcony overlooks a large pool with a view of the gulf. Master Bath is spacious with oversized shower and steam functionality. Wife and I traveled with our two teenage sons and they loved it. Plenty of room for each of them to have their own space and privacy. As a family, we enjoyed many hours in the media room watching movies we brought from home. Fitness room was never crowded and had nice equipment. Location is convenient to Starbucks and Another Broken Egg in the morning, Watercolor and Seaside during the day, and some excellent restauarants for nightly dining close by in either direction. Valerie (owner) was a pleasure to deal with, and we look forward to coming back.

My husband and I planned a long weekend alone at the beach. We arrived at Sanctuary by the Sea and went directly to our unit without the hassle of checking in at a rental agency. The unit was go spacious and comfortable that we felt guilty about not including our adult children so we called and invited everyone to join us. It was a great family weekend with something for everyone to do. The pools are sparkling and beautifully landscaped, the on site gas grills are super convenient, and the beach is not crowded. There was a small hiccup when we first arrived, but a phone call to the rental agency cleared everything up in short order. I highly recommend this property.
