This condo is everything it says on the posting plus more. The minute we drove in the gates, saw the quaint colorful houses, walked in the bright, open and very clean condo, we knew we couldn't have picked a better place to stay. Soaring ceiling, bright windows, loft space, granite countertops, comfortable furnishings, fully-stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, tons of extra towels and beddings, CLEANLINESS and many more just made us squeal with delight.

Everything one could ask for (Walmart Supercenter, groceries, restaurants, gas stations, outlet stores, etc.) are within walking distance (ok, you'll probably drive, but it is that close). This community's location is so convenient to I-4 and you'd have to be in a Disney Resort property to be any closer to the parks' parking lots. (Google map the address and span over to World Center Drive and Vineland Rd... once you're on World Center Dr, you're practically in Disney World.) It is also very strategically located between Sea World, Discovery Cove, Universal and the 2 Premium Outlets within the area. We caught some weekend traffic congestion on Vineland Rd about 2 blocks from the community but the promise of coming home to a quiet place, beautiful grounds, heated pools more than made up for it. You also get to park a few steps from your front door making unloading and loading so much easier and more convenient.

Please don't be put off with a few bad reviews that this resort has gotten in the past. Book a unit with an actual unit owner. Book Gary and Dawn's unit and look forward to a wonderful stay. We are already planning to rent this condo again in the very near future. Thank you Gary and Dawn for sharing your gem of a place. We are still dreaming of your beautiful condo and wish we live there. :)

I stayed here while I was attending a conference for a few days. Booking was extremely easy and handled professionally. All information I needed to find the condo and gain access was perfect. The condo is located in a resort type of conference with lots of amenities including restaurants, a 24 hour Wal Mart, and Disney within just a few minute drive. The property amenities include a small fitness centre and pool. Overall a very good experience.

We enjoyed our stay for 5 weeks at Runaway Beach Club. The photos and description of the condo on VRBO was very good and it was well maintained and very clean. We were very satisfied with our stay.
The owners were quick to respond to any of our questions.
The location was close to all the parks, shopping and lots of restaurants (some within walking distance). We went to Spring Training games so the condo was central to the Atlanta Braves park and the Houston Astro park
We would definitely return and recommend it to friends and relatives.

Thank you so much for this week in Kissimmee, Fl. My husband and I were visiting my sister and her husband. They were staying close by and we have such a great time!! Everything here was so clean and close to everything we wanted to see. We would love to come back sometime this year. We hated to leave. Thank you, it was a great week.
Suggestion, add light darkening curtains/shades in the master bedroom. The sun was a little bright in the morning.

The owners responded quickly to questions and handled our booking professionally. It was a very nice, easy experience.

We stayed at this condo Feb. 15-22, 2013 with our two children (ages 16 & 12). Overall the condo was everything we needed. The unit was very clean and well stocked with plenty of towels, sheets and extra blankets. As someone else mentioned, the pillows could use replacing. The bed in the master is quite comfortable. Having a washer/dryer in the unit was a big plus.

A downside for us was the two sofa beds in the living room. Both are in desperate need of new mattresses. Perhaps they are acceptable if you have little ones that don’t weigh much, but for our two guys they were tough (both boys are already taller than me!). One of the frames on the sofa bed also needs attention. We understand a sofa bed won’t ever be as comfortable as a bed, but we anticipated a bit better.

On a brighter note, we had a problem with the a/c not maintaining cool and we notified the local contact person. The system was repaired before we returned from the park the same day. Our needs were immediately addressed. Great service!

The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed to cook simple, quick meals. The view of the pond from the kitchen window is lovely, too.

The location was convenient to the Disney parks and to several grocery stores, just as described.

Our stay at your condo was outstanding. We use VRBO all the time to reserve houses and condos all over the country. All of the places we have stayed at are wonderful, but this condo in Orlando was one of the absolute best. It was fully stocked with linens, pans, utensils, and everything we could possibly need, and all of the inventory was in great shape, as opposed to some kitchen pans etc., in other homes that were of a lesser quality. I am a retired old beach bum, and much of the place my wife and I live in is decorated by me in a nautical theme. This condo also had a nautical theme, and it was absolutely beautifully done, and it gave me some ideas for our home.

All in all, anyone thinking of renting this condo, so close to Disney, so well kept, and so clean, should have no fear whatsoever. It is the real thing, and the owner is very responsive when a renter asks a question.

It was a wonderful experience.

The condo was great, much better than the pictures made it out to be. Very well decorated and stocked. the little village it was in was very nice as well. The bed was comfortable, everything was really nice, we will definitely stay there again next year. The only thing I would suggest is instructions on how to set the thermostat, it is one of those on a timer, so we would set it on 68, and after a couple of hours it would go back to 76. We couldn't figure out how to change that. Not a big deal, but it would have been helpful!
