Get ready to relax and enjoy this very spacious NEW construction 3000 sq. ft home that sleeps 6 - 12. The house boasts 6 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, wood burning stove, jet tub, a huge great room with vaulted ceilings, open kitchen, 30x20 deck, fire pit, laundry room and hardwood floors. We are one of 2 private homes along a dead end street and our home is situated on over 6 acres of woods ideal for snow shoeing and nature walks. The views are simply spectacular! This house is newly built and very family friendly. It is the ideal getaway for multiple families, retreats, or family reunions. The expansive kitchen is well equipped and includes a service for 12. The dining room consists of a large farm table with chairs for all! Location! Location! Location! Are you a shopper? Well this retreat is perfect for you! Manchester is within 15 minutes and has the best outlet shopping in all of VT.

We welcome rentals all year. We rent for weekends, weekly and monthly.

Beautiful winter getaway !

My church group of friends and I rented this home for a wonderful ski weekend last Feb. The house was brand new with a beautiful layout. We were welcomed with a bottle of true Vermont maple syrup from the owners. We enjoyed ourselves that weekend with trips to Okemo and Stratton that were both within driving distance. The owner Mimi was wonderful to work with and you can definitely see all the hard work they put into that house. They were so nice, that when one of our friends left something in the house, they mailed it back to us. A definite recommendation to anyone looking for a spectacular home to rent for a great time.

Surpassed my expectations!

My family and I stayed here this past winter. The house was incredibly big and inviting. Nice open floor plan, new kitchen and bathrooms. BEAUTIFUL VIEWS, very private and relaxing yet near food stores, restaurants etc...

We have two teenage boys who like to stay pretty busy- and this place satisfied their " adventurous spirits". There was of course skiing which we chose to go to the smaller family resort vs Stratton bec of crowds. It was great--had terrain park for kids. Also, they noticed a fun waterslide at the ski resort available in summer months they wanted to come back to:) There's a wonderful town nearby with a bookstore, shopping, ice skating, restaurants etc.. that I wish I got to spend more time at..such is life travelling with all men.
We all agreed we would like to come back in the warmer months to enjoy that season as well.

Our vacation in the house

What a lovely house. Very Vermont in nature. The workmanship is unbelievable. Such professionalism. The house is wonderfully decorated and extremely comfortable. We enjoyed our time there and plan on coming back in 2012. We've never been so relaxed and enjoyed a vacation as much as this past winter in your house. We really enjoyed our choice of places to ski as well as the central location of the house. Travel time was less than 4 hours from the city and only two hours from Southern, Central Connecticut Good luck to you all.
