Further Details: The views of Maltby Cove and Clam Island are spectacular. With the Thimble Islands to the East and Branford Harbor to the West this home is located in a great spot for all your vacation needs.

Thimble Island Cruise: Enjoy the Thimble Island Cruise. Board on a touring boat that takes you on a 45 minute narrated cruise around 25 inhabited islands. An extended cruise is available for private charters. Many other activities in Branford: shopping, dining, concerts on the town green, and more.

Branford Center: Branford has many restaurants, shops and a movie theater to entertain you should you be looking for fun off the beach.

What a great place to get family together. Everything we could possibly need was provided.
Even the weather cooperated! Would recommend to anyone who wants to be near (and in) the water; the view is fantastic. Neighbors are great and the house was clean, comfortable, and roomy.
Can't wait to do it again next year!

Great Family Time

We rented to catch up with 6 local and out-of-state siblings and Mom for 3 weeks. Couldn't have picked a better setting. There wasn't one thing we needed that was not in the house, and John checked in to see if we were comfortable. What a great place to be to swim, walk, talk, and eat!
Would rerent in a New York minute!

A wonderful week in Branford!

John, the owner, a super pleasant and accommodating guy. He returned calls immediately and has the best "stocked" house you can imagine! From the kitchen to the the outdoor grill, to linens, children's toys and games and first aid supplies, towels and even toothpicks in the kitchen! The location is ideal - right out the back door to the beach with a nice yard in between. A great choice!!
