At this beachfront condo overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, you will wake up to gentle breezes, enjoy a spectacular view of the ocean, watch dolphins, eat meals on the spacious balcony and be in awe of the spectacular sunsets.

The condo unit features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living rooms, as well as in-condo washer and dryer. Furniture and decor in the condo have been recently updated and refreshed. In addition, the unit has two TVs and wireless internet is offered free of charge.

Located in Madeira Beach, the Ocean Sands condo complex is situated on a beautiful sandy beach. A large heated pool and spa provide a gorgeous place to relax and enjoy the sun. Additional condo amenities include shuffle board, Tiki hut, barbeque and covered parking.

Within a five minute walk you will find the Winn Dixie supermarket, CVS pharmacy, post office ,public library, park, tennis courts, convenience stores, souvenir shops and restaurants. Enjoy a short walk to John's Pass where you can explore international cuisine or indulge in an ice cream cone as you stroll along the waterfront boardwalk. For adventurers, parasailing, deep sea fishing and a variety of other water sports are available to you.

Ocean Sands is conveniently located near many of Florida's most exciting attractions and best places to visit. Spend an afternoon at a baseball game at Tropicana Field, tour the renowned Salvador Dali museum in St. Petersburg or visit Mickey and the gang at Walt Disney World in Orlando.

This is an idyllic setting for couples and families to enjoy a carefree holiday. It is truly a vacation paradise.

My family and I stayed here in April of this year and we cannot say enough good things about this property! It was clean, spacious and fully stocked with all the household and vacation items you could need. View was of the ocean was amazing and the condo is located very close to shopping etc and a 20 minute walk to St. John's Pass. We already have plans to return next year!

Ocean Sands is a wonderful vacation spot. This is my second time at this Ocean Sands condo and I hope to keep coming back! The condo offers so much - all the comforts of home but on the beach! It is well-maintained and comfortable. All you need to bring is your bathing suit! It's carefree living!

The amenities (e.g., beach, pool, laundry) are glorious. Convenient shops, including the Winn Dixie grocery store, are a short walk way. John's Pass is a great place to go in the evening for a delicious ice cream.

I highly recommend it!
