This first floor luxury Veranda has 2 bedrooms + den, 2 baths and laundry room. The kitchen is fully applianced, granite counter tops and tile flooring with undercounter lighting. A short walk to one of the many community satellite pools.
Heritage Bay is the newest Lennar golf community in North Naples featuring 27 challenging holes. The Heritage Bay Clubhouse is a two story 37,000 square foot facility housing a pro shop, full service locker rooms, bag storage, billiard room, card room and saunas. Next to the clubhouse is the fitness center, health and beauty spa, resort style pool with chickee bar. Seven lighted tennis courts. Biking paths are available throughout the entire gated community.

Best golf, tennis, and amenities. We vacationed in Naples several times and decided this was the place to buy a vacation home. We chose this veranda for it's privacy and upgraded features.
You will love the ammenities of this location. We enjoy the privacy of our rear lanai and the quiet front lanai. We enjoy walking and biking here, and when the mood hits, golfing or playing tennis. If it gets warm, a visit to one of the many pools ensures variety. We especailly like or view of the large lake and wildlife that visit the water. For golfers, just look left and watch the greens of Oak # 20.
