Townhome, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2.5 Baths, (Sleeps 4-8)

Walk across the street and experience the beautiful white sand beaches of the Emerald Coast at the quiet west end of Panama City Beach. This two bedroom and two and one-half bathroom townhome is perfect for the family get-away to the best beaches in the country. Full kitchen with full-size appliances and all cooking accessories and utencils. A stacked washer and dryer are available on the bottom floor of the home. Upstairs there is a large master bedroom (queen-size bed) with private balcony (limitied gulf views), large closets, ironing board and iron. The second bedroom includes two twin beds, a large closet and private balcony off the back of the house. Two full-size sofa sleepers are also available for your guests. The townhome has Cable TV and DVD.

This location is extremely close and convenient to shopping, grocery stores, airport, entertainment and Pier Park. Less than a half mile from Highway 79, easy access. The Wendwood community has a quiet family atmosphere, private pool, clubhouse, shuffleboard and ample parking.

Relaxing Spring Break

My girl friend and I went with our sets of daughters and had a magnificient time. One set if girls is 12 and the other 15 - and everyone including us Moms had a great time. The beach was terrific. The location was easy (and I am so glad we stayed here instead of Destin - (day trip there - way too busy!)). The condo was exactly what we needed. It was nice but not so perfect that we were stressed about on occasional sandy foot. The beds were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped (even had oil and salt/pepper in the cupboard). The appliances all worked perfectly. What was best was that the condo saved us so much packing. It already had beach chairs, beach sand toys, and bedding/shower towels. All we brought was beach towels, a volleyball and kite. The teenagers had to run at night because they returning to soccer practice and I felt safe enough that as long as they were together, we let them loose. Same with the little girls. The dryer took too long to dry, but other than that.... it was a great stay. (This was the first vacation I went home rested.)

Fun in the sun

We had a great time at Kevin's property.6 girls and I went down to the beach for a week and were not bored for a minute. Not only is it a great place to stay, it is right across the street from the beach. Kevin was really helpful throughout our whole trip too.

Nice place to stay. Has much more in things like dishes, pots and silverware then ive seen in any place.

Our stay at this place was better than we have had in the past at Panama City. The apartment was very clean, and very quiet. Kevin was extremely helpful with our questions and was very accurate in how the place was described. We had no problems at all and will definitely ask for this place again the next time we visit Panama City Beach.

It was a great trip to Panama city beach, my family and my cousins family enjoyed the trip. It was fun and quite relaxing. The stay was wonderful, Holly, the manager made our stay so possible and having good time by helping from booking the rental, we were running late to get there. I am from Michigan first time travelling to Florida. She is helpful in every way to make our stay comfortable and less hassle. She gave briefing about the city depending on what i wanted to see around. Definitely the property is worth of what you pay for and definitely home from home away.

We were very impressed with the spaciousness of the townhouse. Really enjoyed the front balcony & patio. Nice pool and loved the fact that the condo didn't get the sound of the traffic, but you could hear the sound of the gulf. Also, loved the easy access to the beach and that we weren't located in the congested area. We really enjoyed spending time here and would love to come back.

Close to the Beach, Great Pool!!!

The place was very spacious, and three bathroom really helped with 6 people. The pool was very nice, and beach was very close. Walking distance to bars, other were a short drive or cab ride. I would recommend going to Tiki Bar on Front beach road (walking distance), and Salty Sue's,back beach road also walking distance, Possibly the best food I have even eaten. Overall had a great time. Weather was great for May.
