This villa boasts an exceptionally outfitted, open kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances, opening into a dining area with seating for 6, and beyond to the living area overlooking the famed Ocean Course.
The spacious living room features a 39' LCD flat screen HDTV with DVD player (plus video library).
Two bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen/1 Double) each boast the comfiest bed linens we could find, with 'down alternative' pillows (great for those who may be allergic to the real thing) as well as LCD TV in each room and DVD in the guest bedroom (great for kids).
The bathrooms are totally new and spic-and-span, always. We love clean and understand that you do, too.

We are proud to have developed a niche concept in vacation rentals on Hilton Head Island: Each of our Signature properties is outfitted and equipped to exactly the same high standard-- No matter the address, our guests may expect to find their kitchen fabulously equipped with heavy, quality cookware, lots of serving pieces, all matching dishes, and ample glassware. We feature a finer quality, organic cotton bed and bath linen than you will find anywhere in this market. (It is important to us when we travel that we are completely comfortable and we know you must feel the same!) Electronics are updated, as are our stylish furnishings.
Your property will come stocked with all of the household amenities you will need for the duration of your stay, including trash bags, dish soaps, perfume free laundry products, bath tissue, soap and shampoos, even coffee supplies and an assortment of cooking spices. We always also stock beach toys, beach chairs and umbrellas-- really, all you have to do is come and enjoy.
BEACH PROXIMITY: Simply walk out your door, turn left, and be standing in the ocean in 5 minutes. Too much stuff to carry? Take your car and drive to the Beach Club in about 30 seconds.
BIKING: Biking is the BEST in Sea Pines. You can have adult and child-sized bikes, toddler seats, and pull-alongs all delivered and waiting for you when you arrive. Details will be emailed to you.
ACCESS: Villa is on the fourth floor of the Plantation Club Villa building that is CLOSEST to the ocean of the three. There is ELEVATOR service as well as wide stairs, easy to navigate.

HOW TO CALCULATE YOUR TOTAL RATE: The published rental rate is a base figure to which is added 3 additional fees: (1) a 5% Resort/Amenity fee which covers such “must haves” as resort amenities, entry, parking where applicable, our Signature property preparation including full size, household (kitchen, laundry, bath) supplies and amenities, our fabulous Fili d’oro Italian bed linens and Signature stripe, all cotton bath linens, secure WiFi and complimentary 48-state long distance calling in all properties, and our unparalleled guest service including 24-hour direct phone line to a member of our team who will assist you with any issue or problem that may arise, our Signature departure cleaning, and (2) 10% sales and lodging taxes, and (3) damage insurance policy of $45 covering up to $1,500 in accidental damage when reported to BSSR before guest departure.
PETS: Well-behaved pets are permissible, with prior arrangement, in our pet welcoming properties ONLY. A non-refundable Pet Fee of $95 (taxable) per pet is charged per reservation and added to the base rental rate. Certain breeds and sizes of animal are not allowed in any property, lovely as they may be, so please inquire. Expectations of pets and their owners will be included in the rental agreement, and will require a human signature.
PAYMENT: a 50% deposit is required at time of reservation, with full payment at 60 days before arrival. We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, and your personal check via E-Check. Full details and cancellation policies are outlined in our Rental Terms and Criteria document which will be emailed to you once we receive your inquiry and requested dates. PLEASE NOTE WE CANNOT 'HOLD' ANY PROPERTY WITHOUT PAYMENT.
