Stylish studio with lots of Cape Cod charm awaits you and just 300 steps to Glendon Beach and the warm waters of Nantucket Sound. This efficiency has recently been updated and is new to the rental market. This condo offers so much for its size such as a fully equipped mini kitchen with fridge, stove/oven and microwave, brand new full size bed, a double sofa sleeper, flat screen TV, cable and Wi-Fi for your entertainment. The bathroom offers a shower only. The 174 sq. ft. private stamped concrete patio awaits you and offers additional living space outdoors.The common areas include landscaped courtyards with gas grills, patio tables and a private in-ground swimming pool. Beach chairs provided.

This condo is ideal for 2 people but will consider renting to a family with 1 young child.

Captain Chase Rd is approx. 5 minutes from exit 9 of the Mid Cape Highway. Stop at Ring Brothers (smaller and upscale market) or Stop & Shop to grocery shop before heading to the condo. The famous Cape Cod Bike Trail starts on Route 134.

My husband and I stayed here for our annual Cape Cod trip with his family. It is by far the best place we've stayed yet on the Cape! JoAnn was super helpful in answering all my questions and providing all the necessary details for a smooth process. The efficiency has everything you'll need for a simple and comfortable get-away. The pool was a nice addition to our stay! The rental was super clean, had new amenities and was clutter free. Although we biked to the beach where our family was, there is a beach right down the street - and of course, it's really close to Sundae School, which is very important! I'd highly recommend this property - we will for sure be going back!

My wife and I stayed for two nights on Memorial Day weekend '11, and had a wonderful time. The condo was extremely clean, neat, and cozy, perfect for two people. It was a 2 minute walk to the beach, and a short drive to downtown Dennis Port. We drove throughout the cape over the weekend, Provincetown was about 45 mins away. JoAnn was great and everything exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great getaway!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
