This is the 2nd summer my family rented this house. The house was extremely clean, updated and had a fully equipped kitchen. This house is perfectly located to beach, shops and restauarants. We look forward to staying in this house every summer! It is by far the best rental in the shore! We are creating the best family memories here!

This is the second year that we rented this house in lavallette. Its a Great location,very close to the beach and close to all the shops in lavallette. Once we parked the car on saturday,i dont think we used it till we left. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The house is very new and updated. The backyard provide a very large table that accommadated all of us and the gas grill was new and clean.The outdoor shower really comes in handy when you return from the beach.The kitchen and bathroom were recently renovated and neat and clean.The house also has a fourth bedroom plus plenty of seating in the living room. The house is very well maintained. We will be back here for sure!

Owner's Response: This house is one of the nicest Summer rental properties in Lavallette. Conveniently located just 9 houses to the Beach and in center of town for easy walking access to shops and restaurants! House recently went through extensive renovations and now boasts a brand new Kitchen and Bathroom! Truly one if a kind. Super clean and comfortable.

The best part of this house was most likely the location. Everything was close by. I practically didn't use my car at all once I got to the house. Walking distance to places such as dunks, rite aid, and tons of restaurants. It also did not hurt that we were steps away from the beach. The house itself was awesome. Outdoor shower was very handy and the inside bathroom was stunning. The owners, Greg and Anne, were super helpful. Answered all the questions I had before I even asked. Easy to reach just in case. Great people. I would highly recommend this rental to any family.

Owner's Response: House is close to everything Lavallette has to offer, Beaches, Shops, Restaurants & Convenience Stores. Interior of house is Brand New, Kitchen, Bathroom, Floors, ceilings, appliances - one of the nicest Beach Block rentals in Lavallette. Off street parking, Beach badges included and Huge outdoor shower.

I recently just rented this home over the Memorial Day Weekend and couldn't have been happier. For starters, the location is ideal being right on the beach block and just a short walk from any shops/restaurants - perfect for a quick breakfast/lunch. Aside from that, the house was immaculate with a brand new kitchen area and a spacious bathroom (Large outdoor shower was also a plus!). Finally, the backyard area was great for hanging out in the lovely weather and relaxing. I definitely recommend this rental for anyone looking for a stay near the beach in Lavallette.

Owner's Response: We have done a great deal of work making this home a Great rental property in the Town of Lavallette. The house is roomy and comfortable with all the amenities Summer renters are looking for. The location is ideal - Just 9 houses to the Beach and a very short walk to the local restaurants and shops in downtown Lavallette. You can enjoy the beautiful Lavallette Boardwalk anytime of the day as it is just steps away.
