Excellent service from start to finish. Loved the location and the apartment. Could not have been happier with the place.

Well appointed with everything you need, and the best views of the lagoon and beach. The northeast facing balcony makes it perfect for morning coffee and afternoon rum.

This was the perfect place for us--2 friends meeting up for an annual reunion. The apartment was clean and beautiful, well-maintained and well-stocked with towels, sheets, etc. We used the kitchen extensively (bought groceries a mile away) and also enjoyed meals and drinks out, esp at Oceana, a couple blocks away on the beach. Kitchen could use more tupperware for bringing snacks to the beach but otherwise well furnished.

The views are amazing, we practically lived on the balcony. The location was great, near the ocean, near every possible convenience.

The only thing we were surprised by was no Wi-Fi--we brought laptops, expecting to be able to read about the area and plan our activities, etc, and weren't able to access the internet. Not a big deal but would have planned differently if we'd known.

Anthony was 100% responsive with the details leading up to our trip and Marissa, who manages the property on-site was warm and wonderful. I would absolutely recommend this place or any other place owned by Anthony to a friend--as a matter of fact I already have!--and I hope to return here, myself.

The condo was just as depicted in the pictures and it was a very pleasant stay. There were some issues that were beyond the control of the owner, but he went out of his way to make sure that we were comfortable. His assistant Maritza is a great contact while you are there and is really a good resource, we will definitely go back again someday.

As far as the area, it is useful to have a car, but if you're willing to stay local and eat from lots of resturants and enjoy a couple of beaches you can handle not having a car. We used the bus system a couple times, but it can get a bit confusing if you have not explored on your own.

Old San Juan is about a 25 minute walk, but I do not suggest walking, the bus system will take you as close to the center of town as you need.

The area was safe as there were many cops out patroling and people are very friendly.

I found many reviews on homeaway to be very helpful, so I'd like to contribute here...I went back and forth on trying to decide where to stay in Puerto Rico. I must say that I got so lucky because this place was perfect. The location was central for doing anything around the island or staying in San Juan/Condado. The only issue I anticipated was not having a pool, but we just took the short stroll across to La Concha and swam there (no problems).

The actual apartment is nice, clean and comfortable. The views are stellar, especially the view from the living room looking out onto the lagoon. There is so many things to do that I really don't have time to go through it all. Just as a brief though we...rented a car, traveled to vieques, rincon, boqueron, paddled on the lagoon, boogy boarded on condado beach, went to the movies at the mall (las americanas), hung out in Old San Juan, checked out the El Morro, ate great seafood in Isla Verde. Truly a wonderful vacation. Thank you Anthony for letting us rent this awesome place.

One last thing....Maritza, the property manager, is absolutely delightful, she will personally make certain that everything you need will be take care of, whether it's renting a car, picking you up from the airport, taking you to the grocery store or advising you where to go.

My husband and I recently returned from a weeks stay at this wonderful condo. From the start, Anthony was extremely helpful and hospitable. We are frequent visitors to Puerto Rico and only recently began staying in condo's. This condo was nothing less than wonderful. Prior to our arrival we had contacted Maritza, (Anthony's Aunt) who lives in the building. She offered to pick us up at the airport and even helped to arrange a car rental for us. (we went to La Parguera for a night). Maritza, promptly greeted us at the airport and even offered to stop off at the grocery. She made us feel like we were visiting family, it was truly a wonderful welcome. Upon arriving at the condo we were thrilled with the furnishings and the views, both were beautiful. The apartment was just the right size for my husband and I and we immediately felt very comfortable there. The views are amazing. You not only get a beautiful view of the Condado lagoon but also of Condado beach. Not to mention lots of people watching to see downstairs. One of our favorite pastimes was sitting on the balcony enjoying a drink, the views, the people and the breeze. The condo looks exactly as it does in the photos. Very neat and well put together. The condo is in a great location, within a few minutes walk to restaurants and to casinos for gambling. We rented chairs and an umbrella each day we were on the beach for $15-$20 per day. You can rent them at La Concha or down a bit a man rents them too. The bus to Old San Juan B21 is right across the street so it is extremely convenient as well. Please bring exact change .75 per person. The best dining in Condado is Ropa Vieja so definitely give that a try for dinner. Other food choices are Mike's Pizza less than 5 minutes from condo, Orozco's for the true PR cuisine, and if you are willing to walk for about 15 minutes Pinky's for breakfast is worth it-great mallorca breakfast sandwiches. If you would like to enjoy the spa, Zen spa is walking distance and offers all the regular spa services at great prices too. Walgreens as well as some small groceries are also all in walking distance. We hope to visit this Condo again very soon and recommend it to everyone. The condo is amazing, nicely decorated make's you feel at home.
Spectacular veiws of the ocean and lagoon.The kids and I had a perfect view of the fourth of July fireworks on the lagoon. I had a wonderful time! Can't wait to book next summer...I highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed at the apartment for a week at the end of May. We were happy to learn that it looks just like it does in the pictures! It was the perfect size for the two of us, and it had all the amenities we needed. The little kitchen was great - we did a fair bit of cooking for breakfast and lunch. The views of both the lagoon and the ocean are amazing, and the building is located right on the main strip in Condado. We were within easy walking distance of pretty beaches and great restaurants. Getting into Old San Juan was also quite easy - there is a public bus stop located across the street, from which you can go into Old San Juan for 75 cents each. Beware that you must have exact change for the bus, and the last bus back to Condado leaves Old San Juan around 9pm. Later in the evening, you will have to rely on a taxi, which costs around $15. I can confirm for sure that we were able to get free wifi out on the balcony via the Coldstone Creamery across the street. Overall we loved this little apartment and had the best vacation! I would recommend highly!

So glad that we chose this condo in Condado. We felt like we belonged in the neighborhood. The condo was immaculate and nicely decorated. The balcony had amazing views of the ocean and lagoon which we enjoyed in the morning with our coffee and in the evening sipping wine. The beach was a short walk by La Concha Hotel. Many restaurants to choose from in a variety of price points.
Maritza was a treasure and was ready, willing and able to help in any way she could. The owner was attentive and helpful as well. I would definitely recommend this home to others.
My only suggestion is that the owner provide beach chairs as it does cost to rent them on a daily basis which can add up.
