Everything about the accommodation was brilliant, It was clean, plenty of room and lovely and quiet to come back to after a busy day at the parks. The booking process was so simple and any questions I had before we arrived were answered quickly.
There were plenty of restaurants in the area and supermarkets if you prefer to stay in an cook.
All the Disney and Universal parks were in easy driving distance.
I didn't even have to ask for my deposit back when we got back home, an email was sent to me telling when it would be sent.
I would definitely recommend this property and would stay again myself.

We enjoyed our stay last year so much we returned for two months this year. Our very gracious host Mei Han is wonderful to deal with and does everything in her power to please. This large spacious condo is just as pictured in the advertising and the whole unit has just been refreshed with new paint. Mei has just added a new Blue Ray DVD Player with WiFi which ,if you are a subscriber, you can use to watch movies on Netflix, Hula, etc. This gated community is quiet and peaceful and from the condo you look out on a woodland..very private.Of course the complex has a heated pool & hot tub spa, a fenced area with slide etc for the kids,plus the exercise room in the clubhouse.The condo is close to all kinds of shopping and Disney is maybe 5 min. away.You can walk to Sam,s Club,Wendys,Waffle House, Applebys etc.All the amenities, which are considerable are listed in the ad. We would just like to thank Mei for all that she does. She makes you feel special. God bless you Mei and your family.

Great vacation condo!

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The owners made the booking very easy and addressed all our questions and concerns. The condo is clean and well furnished. It is in a great location close to parks, lakes, shopping and Disney. There is a club house with exercise equipment and a nice pool. We have stayed here before and plan on going back next year.

The condo is great and as shown. It is very close to a lot of restaurants, shopping and Target. The condo is new & clean and the area is nice. Mei is very courteous and prompt in responses.
I definitely recommend this condo and we will stay there on our next visit to Orlando.

If you are considering a Florida Vacation for a few days or a few weeks you couldn't find a better place to stay than Mei Han's condo at Club Cortile in Kissimmee. It is close to everything you could possibly want....be it restaurants, shopping, entertainment, attractions etc.It's only maybe 5 miles to the Disney Parks..even closer to Target, Walmart,Marshalls,K-Mart and so many more plus you can walk to Sam's Club, Wendy's, Applebees, The Waffle House..well there is just too many to mention. The Club Cortile is a gated Community and very well maintained. Mei's place is larger than any other vacation condo we have ever seen. It is exactly as pictured in the listing, very clean and beautifully maintained. She is very approachable and accomodating and bends over backwards to make sure that your stay is the best that it can be. We highly recommend Mei's condo. Mei, the owner was professional and detail. Confrimation of my rental date was confirmed within 24hrs by Mei. My payment process was less hectic and straight forward. Upon arrival at the condo, I was blown away at how clean, neat and well maintained the condo was. It was a kids's friendly environment. We had absolute everything we needed in the condo, Walmart, Target and lots of stores were a walk away from the Condo. We did all our cooking, cleaning and laundry inside the condo. No issues with phone line, or internet services.No to put a damper on things and I am being honest the only issue we had was the TV volume in the main living rm was freezing periodically. I have recommend Mei's Condo to my family and friends. She even had two strollers if you have little children for the Disney trip. Thanks Mei and God bless you and your family.

We would like to thank you for yet another great stay at your condo. This was our second trip to Orlando/Kissimmee/2782B Club Cortile and it was as fantastic as it was the first time. We find that the condo is positioned in a very convenient place with short distance to both shopping, dinning and entertainment parks. And everything we need to have a good family breakfast is in place. We can travel light, because we know that the condo have washing and drying facilities. It has been a great 2nd home for us during both our visits (6 people). We recommend it to everybody that we know, that's going on vacation in the Orlando area.

We had a great stay at the condo it was clean, and well looked after, the side was close to everything, and close to all great shopping areas. I will recomend this to eveybody, the owners a great to deal with.
