One bedroom has a queen sized bed and opens onto a deck with a porch swing, table and chairs overlooking a small private yard. The other bedroom has 2 twin beds. All beds come with comfy down pillows and cozy down comforters and the rooms have ample closet space. There is even a small office, perfect for a visiting professor. There is a washer and dryer in the house and a clothes line for those who prefer sun-dried clothes. Comfortable for 2-4 people, no more! Minimum age to rent is 25 please.
