Stay at Stephanstrasse 60, 10559 Berlin

We were 7 people in teh apprtment that has 4 bedrooms. The appartment is very comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped with all you may need to have a pleasant stay. The owner provides excellent service and is very responsive.
We had a car and the location was good for us (with free parking on teh street).

We had a very good stay in this nice apartment. We were with 8 woman, april 2009. The place is huge, clean en very nice decorated. Great beds and no noise from the street. A good host who sent back the stuff we forgot in just two days.

Stayed at this appartment from 06/11/09 - 10/11/09 and was very positively impressed with the reception, the apartment itself, all the amenities and the way it was decorated. And being confirmed (by my travelling companions) in having made the right choice for our group in booking this particular apartment (again through this agency) definitely adds to the enjoyment of our stay in Berlin. You enter this apartment via a corridor leading to a very quiet courtyard, which you then have to cross to get to the entrance. The block apparently served as a basis for Kommune 1, so this added quite nicely to the historical reason for which we went to Berlin in the first place (Mauerfall 2009). The apartment has an enormous living c.q. diningroom with lounge area with wood-burning stove, comfortable sofa and chairs, large screen TV, DVD and stereo. Four spacious and clean bedrooms with double beds (queen-size), 2 clean bathrooms with toilet (1 with washing machine) and towels for all the guests (6). Practical kitchen with ample room to move around, a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, practically all the kitchen utensils you can think of, plenty of plates and cutlery, glasses and cups, water boiler, coffee machine and dishwasher and pots and pans, not to mention sieve, sharp knives (which makes for a nice change from quite a few other apartments!), etc etc. In short, if it weren't for all the nice reasonably priced restaurants (e.g. Monsieur Vuong (Alte Schoenhauser Strasse), you can find in Berlin, you'd consider eating in every day ;-) Nice lounge/dinner area with lots of natural colours (lots of wood in natural colours: floors, tables, stairs, window panes, etc.) and quite a bit of white and orange as the recurring added colour. In addition to that you'll find a huge dining table with 8 chairs and a laptop (wireless access). Was there something we didn't like? I find that a queensize bed is a bit narrow to share, being 195cms. But our overall impression is very positive and yes, if we would need an apartment for a group again, we would most certainly contact this agency (not allowed to mention name of contact person...) to see whether we could rent one of their apartments again. These people set new standards with regards to their friendliness, efficiency, their level of service and their 'can do - no hassles and no worries'-attitude!

Wir waren mit 11 Mädels für 1 Wochenende in Berlin und alle waren sehr begeistert von der Loft-Wohnung.

Ich kann eigentlich nur sagen, dass die Bilder der Internetseite genau das wiedergeben, was wir vorgefunden haben. Die Wohnung war einwandfrei sauber und gepflegt und es gab alles, was man in einer Wohnung so braucht von Waschmaschine, Fön bis hin zur kompletten Küchenausstattung mit Pastatellern und Weingläsern.

Wir würden die Wohnung in jedem Falle weiterempfehlen!!

Auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr nett und wir fühlten uns super betreut und informiert.

Man erreicht in knapp 10 Minuten zu Fuß die nächste U-Bahn-Station, so dass wir die Wohnung als günstig gelegen bezeichnen würden. Auch sind in der Nähe des Lofts diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Supermärkte, Apotheken, Kioske etc. zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.

Alles in Allem hat die Wohnung dazu beigetragen, dass wir mit 11 Mädels ein tolles Wochenende in Berlin verbracht haben.

Was soll ich sagen - es war einfach perfekt.
Wir haben uns auf unserem Familienwochenende in Berlin mit insgesamt elf Personen rundum wohl gefühlt. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.

Wir hatten mehr als genug Platz, weil die Räume und das Mobiliar großzügig dimensioniert sind; wo sonst bekommt man sonst elf Personen um einen Tisch und fühlt sich nicht irgendwie beengt.

Die Ausstattung ist vorbildlich, komplett und in tadellos gepflegtem Zustand. Beliebt waren unter anderem der tolle Kühlschrank und ganz besonders der Laptop.

Die Lage im Hinterhof ist sehr ruhig und es gibt sogar einen kleinen Sandkasten und eine Spielecke für Kinder. Für kleinere Einkäufe gibt es diverse Geschäfte in der näheren Umgebung (fußläufig zu erreichen(z.B. Bäcker, Penny, Lidl, Schlecker, Kiosk).

Wir werden sicher noch einmal wiederkommen.

Ankommen und sich wohlfühlen, es war geschmackvoll, perfekt und gemütlich, es fehlte an nichts. Nach der Hektik
in der Stadt ..... eine Oase der Schönheit und Ruhe. Auch der Empfang vor Ort sehr herzlich.
Es war ein Familienstädtetripp, kurzfrist fielen welche aus,
so daß die Tour im nächsten Jahr wiederholt werden soll. Wir alle freuen uns darauf´, wieder in diesem schönen App.
zu wohnen und können es nur wärmstens empfehlen.
