If you are looking for the feel of your own private palm tree , sandy beach , villa right on the ocean, this is it

Casa Del Mar at El Cantil is one of the most perfect places to stay in Cozumel.

It was built in 2007 and has all the amenities of a fine Hotel, but at the price of a Condominium.

4 couples can enjoy a week on the ocean, steps down from yoru 45 foot Hot Tubbed Terrace for less than $100 per night low season, a bit more at high season, and this is always wiht breakfast on us.

Room service, pool side service with a call box, brings you delicious food form our rooftop restaurant, where we serve you a sit down cooked to order breakfast each day, and it is always on US!

Smoker friendly, just walk down the 12 steps to the Oceanfornt and take a stoll and enjoy that Cigar. Be kind to everyone and do not leave butts!

Kohler, Kraftmaid, Marol and granite, as wlel as cutom tile, decorate the Villa and make you fee at home

Each of the mater bedrooms, has ensuite full Kohler bathroom with Pressurized , purified water, fluffy towels and linens.

All Sealy Mattresses, with lots of pillows, we want you to enjoy your stay and keep the Pure White Duvets freshly laundered each stay, so they are always clean and inviting!

El Cantil and Casa Del Mar , is the perfect place of the #1 diver destination in the Caribbean. We have rinse tanks, right down yoru steps, dive boat peir and snorkling access ot some great little reefs, lots of wildlife and sea horses hidden away in the crevices of the coral.

The best night dive on the island is just 300 feet to the north on an artificial reef that is packed wiht sea cretures, adn only 38 feet deep. Just bring your gear and a tank, It is free!

Each unit has its own huge Dive locker in the basement, wraught iron and a padlock, no sir, no milk crates here.

If you want somethign to do, just step outside, shopping, movies, bowling, just a few blocks away.

As well as the best bars and resturants.

So Casa Del Mar at EL cantil is the place you want to stay.

At less than $100 per night per room, and five star amenites, free long distance tot US and Canada, it has it all. Low seaosn rates, a bit more high seaosn.

If you are bringing the little guys, not to worry, on the bottom floor, you can watch them play in the sand right form your terrace.

El Cantil is the only Condo on the island with On site management office, need something , give them a call, they will recommend, help you plan and get yoru the best prices of rall excursions. Need a baby sitter for diving or going out in the evening, we got them. they are the same great sitters who sit for my own kids 2 and 5 years.

So, let us be the last place you come to in Cozumel. Once you stay here, it is hard ot go anywhere else.

About The Owner

My Wife, Saby and me, when not riding and diving , manage the units at EL Canitl. Casa del Mar is one of our favorites, as it is a first floor unit and we love peopel who visit us with their children. I have been llving in Cozumel for 30 plus years and woud live nowhere else. We enjoy having you all stay with us and enjoying what we have done here.

I also live in the building and am here for any assitance you may neeed, as well, as my englih speaking staff.

We have 3 children, Wynston, who attends Culver in Indiana, is 15, Emilee, who is 53, and my newest , Ayden, who is 2 , these are the two little guys in front of the Park accross the street form El Cantil

My wife andI enjoy traveling off season, harder to do right now, but we did a Harley trip in Europe this summer and it was fantastic, but we were ready to come home and get real Italian food at Prima onthe roof and dive.

We live on the roof, next to thte restaurant and since moving here and buying that unit, I can say, I am finally home, I would live nowhere else.

We look forward to your visit and you will see me at Prima, I eat breakfast there everyday( killer Cinnamin rools only on the weekends).

Why The Owner chose Cozumel

We own several units in El cantil and manage all of them. I was the designer and builder of the twin condos, and it was my dream to do this and it took 14 years to get through all the red tape and finally achieve my dream.

I wanted to be on the beach,with access to everyting and not need to drive a car.

I got my dream!

What makes this condo unique

I like to dive and spend time wiht my family. My job as rental maanger lets me spend a lot of time with my family.

We loved the place

We had a wonderful family vacation at El Cantil. The staff was super, the restaurant great, and the location was perfect for us. It gave us the chance to see a real Mexican Christmas which was wonderful for the kids. I can't say enough nice things about the staff. They arranged all our trips, made dinner reservations, and saw to it that nothing went wrong.
The swimming from the beach can be a little difficult for younger children, but all in all it was great. The condo was very spacious, clean and well decorated.
We loved it; hope to get back again sometime.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

We have stayed at El Cantil ten days a summer in each of the last five years. As a long time veteran of Cozumel (25 years of diving), El Cantil is the best in terms of accomodations and location.
