We were delighted with our stay at the condo. The property was clean and in excellent condition. The view of the pond was lovely. Everything we needed for our 11 day stay was provided. The property was secure and convenient. It's very close to a nice Target and several restaurants and fast foods. We would certainly stay there again and recommend it.

I would like to say thank you for renting out your beautiful condo to us. What a beautiful, spacious and well decorated place you have. My two children (ages 6,3), my husband, my parents, a close family friend, and I stayed at this townhome during our recent trip to Disney. We loved the proximity to Disney. Within a very short drive we were at Epcott and Magic Kingdom. Our children had a wonderful time. Our stay was short and the primary purpose was to enjoy the Disney parks. The home was perfect for us. It was spacious and close to restuarants and shopping. Outback is a short drive as is other dinning options.

The whole experience of renting this property has been very positive. I found the property was as described, very large (I would say as large as most villa's I have stayed in), clean, tidy and well furnished.
Nice little touches included a TV guide to help navigate through the many digital channels and an excellent supply of towels. We did not have the need to contact the owner during our stay as everything worked fine and the property was in good order, however, communication before and after has been excellent.
The property is in a good location for the Disney parks and there are plenty of eateries, shops and supermarkets within a five minute drive.
I would have no problem recommending this property to anyone who want a good reasonably priced base near to the parks.

We will recomend the house to our friends. Cleanliness, quiet, perfect location (parks, Tampa, Cap Canaveral, ..), full equipment in all rooms, great kitchen full equipment (and all cooking utensils!!), a/a, washing machine, tumble dryer, wireless, TVs, radio, ... Can I missed anything? no way.
4 adults and 4 kids but in a spacious home, no problem. Unfortunally in our 7 days we hadn't enough time to enjoy it properly, just to have our breakfast. Number of restaurants in the closer area, provide us to get our dinner at any time (11:00 to 11:30 pm, incredible!!)
We contacted Maggie to notice a small damage in a blind and it was repaired in 24 hours. Perfect.
No question, next hold in USA we will contact Maggie.

Excellent quality/price

When we arrived we were found everything to be just perfect! The layout was exactly as it was described, it was clean, cool, and ready for us! We were suprised to find so many suprises! Like milk in the fridge, spices in the closet, enough dishes and utensils for us to all eat at the same time!
We read a previous review and it stated that the kitchen needed more accessories! Have no avaiil this owner is serious in keeping her families happy! We found there to be ample accessories including measuring cups, and spoons! Lots of small appliances to make our days easier!
Location to Disney was great! We were able to get back and forth in summer traffic in less than 15 minutes.... One pointer I would say is to take 535 to 536 to disney avoid 192 whenever possible it gets congested! Thank you Maggie for a wonderful vacation home! We definately will be back!

We had a great time the home was clean and felt inviting. As you can see the reviews say it all!! We will highly recommend this to friends and family and I have plans to use it again in the future myself if possible. It has everything anyone would need and easy access to stores and the parks is a huge plus. The back patio is perfect to have morning coffee and plan your day. Thank you Maggie and family for helping make our family vacation a fun filled memorable one!! :-)

A Fabulous Holiday!

The place had everything; starting with accurate photos and description on their website, friendly considerate communications and a bonus for me was the ability to pay via PayPal made all my planning fast & easy.
We are a small family of three so 4 br is far more than we needed however we selected this home because of their excellent amenities, both in the property and on the grounds. I loved the fact that we could park right in front of the unit which is a small thing making for a huge plus when returning from multiple hours for sun & fun not to mention all the walking and coaxing tired kid(s) into the house. Another delight was the option of having meals “at home” and we also took great advantage of the clubhouse and pool.
Oh, I should mention that the luxury of the townhouse, with cable TV with all the kids channels, wireless connectivity (great for mapping our days activities), full size kitchen/appliances not to leave out the washer/dryer and multiple full bathrooms (and an awesome master bedroom) all made for a most relaxing holiday.
As tourist it was good to be in a modern centrally located spot; we were within minutes of Disney & Universal and a comfortable travel distance to NASA (these are spots that our family went to)
Without a doubt, this property is at the top of my planning list whenever we return to Orlando/Kissimmee area.
