This Ponte Vedra home is truly pure luxury! It is a 4400 square foot home, built in 2000, located within an exclusive, gated community just 3km from the Atlantic Ocean. This great getaway home is situated on a private lake that is perfect for fishing or an evening stroll.

However, the main highlight of the house is a unique pool and patio. Both were designed exclusively for the home. The heated pool features a beautiful fountain that illuminates for a romantic poolside evening. The patio is perfect for outdoor meals. It includes a secluded nook that is perfect for an outdoor breakfast or romantic meal. The patio comes alive, at night, with well-placed lighting. A two-story screen protects all this. We have included pool toys for children of any age. There is also a protective gate to keep young children from playing to close to the pool.

The master bedroom, formal living room, and family room open onto this gorgeous screened-in paradise.

Description: From the moment you enter our beautiful home you will find a formal dining room in the Provencal style perfect for large family meals. As you enter, there is a beautifully appointed formal living room and a study with Internet access.

Also on the first floor is the master wing. This includes a beautiful master bedroom with a queen size bed, and a large bathroom with a garden bathtub perfect for two. The master bedroom has access and a perfect view of the pool and patio.

The first floor has two other beautiful bedrooms, both with queen beds and a mutual bathroom.

There is a large fully stocked kitchen that includes a breakfast table and new appliances. The family room has large windows with a great lake view. There is also a television with Direct TV.

The first floor has a laundry room with new appliances and access to the two-car attached garage.

Description: Upstairs there is another bedroom with a queen sized bed. You will also find a home theatre with a 4-meter screen and Dolby Digital Surround Sound.

Though one rarely wishes to leave such a perfect home, the beach is only 3km from the house. This short drive yields public parking and a beautiful Atlantic Ocean public beach. There are many restaurants conveniently located nearby.

Also nearby is the Sawgrass Tournament Player Golf Club. This beautiful club is home of the PGA and includes several fantastic restaurants. The American Tennis Professionals Headquarters is located a convenient 3km from the house.

Whether you are searching for a family vacation or a romantic getaway, our home is truly the best option.

Even in the Rain

Well the first 4 days there was a terrible rain. I was worried about the pool flooding, I know nothing about pools, so I emailed Christina, she said she was sorry about the rain but her connections did go that high.... but not to worry the pool would be checked and it was. Even though it rained staying in the beautiful house made it very relaxing and pleasant. Everything we needed was there. My small dog loved laying in my lap and looking out at the pool and taking a nap. This is a wonderful place to stay to relax . The house is very clean and inviting. . Close enough to what you might want to do but still in wonderful neighborhood where you feel that you are away from the madding crowds. Hope to be able to return rain or shine. Oh it did stop raining and weather was great.

The owner is wonderful to talk to....her home is beautiful....well cared for....very very clean....everything you could want or need....the furniture is very comfortable....the home is like walking into a magazine....oh my the master bath is wonderful....

Loved the location....the house....the community...the pool...and the views....felt right at home....I even got some work done and found lots of time to relax....we completed our mission and purchased our new home in Fla......can not wait to move there to enjoy all the wonderful people and the fantastic weather....

A memoriable stay at a fantastic property

Spacious, and beautiful design, exclusive neighborhood. This home is in pristine condition with new furnishings, very clean, with a cherrful responsive owner who was most helpful in making our stay in her home exceptional. The saline pool is oversize under a 2 story lanai and overlooks a small lake. The upstairs theater was great fun for a quiet evening of movie watching. The beautiful gated neighborhood filled with gorgeous homes has a lovely playground for youngsters, basketball and tennis courts, and a large community pool. Conveniently located approx. 1 mile to a grocery store and less then 2 miles to a beautiful uncrowded family beach offering the best of both worlds, safe for little ones with great waves for surfers. Thanksgiving week

3 families rented for the week - my wife and I, son and daughter and spouses and 4 grandchildren for my wife's mother's birthday. This is a really nice home and the photos fairly represent the home. It is very spacious with a living room, a family/great room and an upstairs loft with a full wall projection TV. We couldn't get this TV to receive regular broadcast signals, but it was great for a DVD and for the grandkids to play their video games. The pool area is wonderful. The pool is not heated and was pretty cool for the week, even though daytime temperatures were in the mid-70s, but the kids were in several times anyway. Not me, I'm older and wiser. There is a tangerine tree in the backyard and they were in season, ripe and delicious. The kitchen is fully equipped as are the baths with linens. There is a gas grill in the lanai. There is a ping pong table in the garage. The only negative that we had with the home was the double beds in the 2 downstairs bedrooms. Both children are used to queen or king beds, but they adjusted. It is in an upscale, gated community. There is a Publix grocery store only about 1/4 mile away along with a nice Italian restaurant. It's only about a 5-10 minute drive to all other stores in Ponte Vedra Beach including Sawgrass and the beaches. About 20-30 minutes to several other golf courses. All-in-all, a very nice home. It doesn't at all feel like a typical rental home. It's more like staying with good friends.

Beautiful home! Perfect location! Great owner!

The home is beautiful and in an exclusive gated subdivision. The covered pool in the back yard is the perfect location to unwind after a day golfing. Easy access to TPC Sawgrass and a short drive to St Augustine. 4 large bedrooms with 4 bathrooms.
Communication from the owner was excellent. She was extremely helpful with the rental, accommodations, lunch and dinner recommendations and anything else we needed.
This was the best vacation rental experience I have ever had.
