The broadway guest house has opened my eyes to the vacation rental world. I simply needed to stay two nights in Granville. I typically would stay at a neaby hotel but a internet search brought up the broadway guest house. I have to admit I was a bit skeptical as a guest house was just not what I was used to staying at. Melanie described it well over the phone and I am so glad I chose to do something I am not used to doing. The place was lovely! Clean! Spacious! Private! and all within steps of where I needed to be. I was surprised to find that my responsibilities were essentially the same as if I would have stayed at a hotel. All linens were supplied and coffee was supplied with a nice machine that takes the cups. Essentially, I got an entire home for what I typically pay for a nice hotel room. I've never stayed at a bed and breakfast but from what I understood from Melanie the guest house is a bit different as they only rent to one party at a time which gave me private access to the entire home. Melanie and her husband live at the property next door - very nice couple. They made sure I had everything I needed upon checking in. Once checked in though I felt like I had my own home in Granville. I loved it and would recommend to anyone.

Our family of five found the most comfortable way to visit granville. We usually book multiple rooms nearby but this time we all stayed at the Broadway Guest House and loved it. It came with every thing we could have imagined. It is a perfect setting on a private lot near town. We spent a lot of time visiting carious relatives in the area and the best part was coming home to a comfortable home where we could all relax at the end of the day.

We travelled to Granville from New York to attend a wedding. The accommodations at the guest house were beyond our expectations. The location was less than one mile from the wedding location and the guest house had plenty of space for my family to stretch. We ended up having family come to visit and had a great time. The place has a back porch that worked perfect to catch up with family that we had not seen in years! To sum up the place in a few words: Spacious, Private, Relaxing - a wonderful place to stay in Granville. Thanks!
