This is my fifth rental at The Villages and by far the best. Tom and Barbara had the place sparkling when I arrived. The home is well located to rec centers, in a quiet neighborhood and is tastefully decorated with comfy beds. I haven't slept that well in years! The home also has wi-fi and a nice golf cart. If I had even a minor concern Tom and Barbara were at my service almost immediately. The only thing that would have made it better is the Big Ten Network but that just reflects my Michigan roots! I would highly recommend 1530 Barnwell Place to anyone.

The Villages - 1530 Barnwell Place

Last October(2012) was the third time we did stay in the villa at 1530 Barnwell Place in The Villages and we are looking forward for our next trip (October 2013). Maby that say more than million words. The villa is very nice and clean and the location is very central. To have Tom and Barbara so near by have been very nice, they are always helpful and giving. For us that come faraway (from Iceland) that have helpt us a lot in so many ways.

Great home away from home

This is a very clean, comfortable unit, and we enjoyed using it this August. It's obvious the owners take pride in the unit, and the decor was tasteful, but not overdone. Everything worked just as it should, and Tom and Barbara proved to be very helpful and responsive. We'd love to come back.

My husband and I stayed in this home last December. The location was excellent, the property was well -maintained, beautifully furnished and very, very clean! We liked the fact that we could get anywhere we needed to go in the golf cart. (saved on gas and was a lot of fun!!)
This was our third trip to Florida and we have stayed in many different places. This was by far the best in every respect, and as the owners live only a block away, they were readily available to answer a question or concern.
We had a wonderful experience here and would recommend this home to all.

We would recomend this villa to any one wishing for a relaxed and very comfortable home in the villages. It is very well appointed, with everything to make this a home away from home. It has a great location and a great neighborhood, Loved the area so well we purchased a home in the same village.
