Lake Village is surrounded by trees yet close access to Heavenly ski resort and the quieter shopping.
The layout of the house is great, clean, and the kids loved the pool table.
We really appreciated that Beth stocked up on the long term consumables. The extent she went to was amazing- 3 weeks is a good test.
Kitchen had all the essentials and more. Pantry full of herbs, oils, etc. makes it easy.
House was warm and bathrooms good.

Our adult children and spouses joined us for a family reunion and we had a wonderful time. The location of the house was perfect as well as the size. We found it clean and nicely arranged upon arrival. Each couple had their own bedroom and the house was large enough to give everyone space when needed. The outside deck was a hit as we BBQ'ed and ate most meals outside. It was really great to have "nice" working kitchen utensils so we could make meals in rather than go out. Overall, a comfortable house to spend with our family for the week in Tahoe. We also were grateful that NO PETS were allowed in house. Thank you

We stayed for 2 weeks in January, and found the place to be perfect. Beth was a dream to deal with and the home was incredibly well decked out. The kitchen is fantastic, with all the basics already there, and every herb and spice you need. The house is spacious and every window has a great view. A fabulous home away from home, 100% recommended.

This is a beautiful clean unit and the owner spared no expense. Top of the line appliances stocked with every item you need. The furniture, bedding, pool table, Wii, and items to entertain children and adults were well thought out. The different types of coffee, bathroom items, etc... Supermarket right down the road alone with a number of activities. The gondola to Heavenly was amazing. Beth, you were a pleasure to work. We were very impressed and will be back!!

JUST AWESOME!

We have been to Tahoe several times but staying at this beautiful condo made it our best trip ever! The place is beautifully furnished and has everything you need to keep kids and adults entertained. We loved the BBQ, gas firepit for roasting marshmellows for supper, the billiard table and of course the Wii. Outside the back deck are some large boulders that kept the kids entertained while we cooked. Within the complex is a good sized pool, hot tub and kids playground. The location is extremely convenient being a mile or so from the Stateline and <5mins from a Safeway. We would definitely stay there again!!

Wonderful Vacation Property

This condo is furnished beautifully and is very clean. The location is great. It is close to the casinos, the lake, a grocery store and numerous restaurants. We stayed in the condo with 2 other couples and everyone was very pleased with the accommodations I had secured for our get-away. Friend's 50th birthday at Tahoe Grille was excellent, with good ambiance. Outdoor seating at this restaurant is opening soon and looks beautiful. I would highly recommend this listing and would definitely stay here again should I find myself in the area.

This was our first visit to Tahoe but will definitely not be our last. It is a community that offers something for everyone on a year-round basis. We would absolutely stay in this beautiful townhome every time. Not only was Beth wonderful to work with but she and her husband have truly created a lovely retreat with all the amenities one could ask for! The Lake Village is conveniently located and in a very quiet and peaceful setting. We have stayed in many vacation rentals and this was by far the nicest yet! Thanks again, The Cassidys

Beautiful Condo in a Great Location!

We just loved this condo! Everything was brand new, modern and super clean! The beds were so warm and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped, enough for us to make full dinner entrees. There was plenty of space and activities in the house to keep everyone busy - board games, cards, pool table, watching movies and just relaxing listening to your iPod on the music box. We loved having the Safeway right up the street and the close proximity to everything else - Heavenly Gondola, shopping, restaurants, casinos and the Lake! The condo complex is very quiet and secluded which is a huge plus. Out of every window (and there's lots of them) you see trees and mountains! We have rented many places in Tahoe which show beautiful pictures and when you get there everything is run down and dingy! This is definitely NOT that place. I highly recommend it and look forward to another stay.

We are striving to provide all the amenities a 5 star hotel would (sans the daily straightening and chocolate on the pillow) without the cost and lack of space. Our hope is to create an environment of relaxation, no matter what your idea of relaxation means.

We had a great time and the accommodations were excellent. Everyone liked the condo and the location. The sofa and tv upstairs as well as the pool table were big hits. The locking mechanism on the front door was the best I've seen - no more keeping track of keys! Of course, the skiing was even better than last time-powder was light and fluffy this time.

This condo is great absolutely beautiful, brand new, very clean and comfortable. The layout is great with plenty of room.The owners have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and fun. The kitchen is very well equipped, if you like to cook, unlike other condo's I have rented. Though, in a private and quiet location, this condo is very close to the lake, a lot of restaurants, as well as the Casinos, Heavenly Village, and shopping.
