Wonderful vacation home for families!
We have rented many summer houses in Montauk and this by far is our favorite. The home is beautiful, clean and has everything you need. We totally overpacked because most houses you find don't have everything but Gail certainly has thought of everything. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. There were so many games and movies for our kids to play with after our beach days. The beach is close enough to walk but a very easy drive too. We loved the neighborhood especially the school playground within walking distance. You are close enough to town and the beach - perfect location. We can't wait to go back!

Wonderful Montauk House!
Highly recommend this home!!!!! Spent a late fall weekend in this home and had a fabulous time. This home was meticulouly maintained. VERY CLEAN. Great layout. We fully took advantage of the open concept kitchen/living room. Great for the entire family to gather and relax comfortably all in one room. We felt like we were staying in our own home! The master bedroom is a dream with plenty of closet space and large bathroom. Other bedrooms were beautiful. House is fully equipped with everything you need for a vacation in montauk. We walked to town every morning as home is close to town. Great house and great location! We can't wait to go back!

Awesome stay
This is a tremendous house--spotlessly clean and more like a year round home. The owners have thought of everything and the house is extremely well equipped and nicely decorated. We were provided with much needed (it was our first trip to Montauk) guidance about restaurants, etc. There is a gas grill with full tools and a great kitchen. You can walk to the beach, the town and the grocery store. There is a wireless modem, beach stuff and basically everything you need. We had a delightful stay in spite of crappy weather the first day and a half (the three flat screen hd tvs came in handy for that).

Beautiful and Comfortable Home
This was our first visit to Montauk for our family of six (kids from 8-15). What a beautiful and well-equipped home! The owners anticipated every need from a well-stocked kitchen, to beach chairs/cart and bikes. The entire house is impeccably decorated, yet comfortable. Gail and Scott were wonderful to work with and the flexible rental period made it possible to get away at the last minute and still accommodate our family's busy schedules. The Wii and kids games and separate TV room and shaded outdoor seating outside made it possible for all each of us to have a spot to relax before and after a day at the beach.
The kids enjoyed riding bikes the 1/2 mile to the Kirk Park beach. We also discovered an old parking lot in town where there is no fee or attendant, in case you want to drive down to the beach with your gear. We enjoyed long walks along the beach and into the neighboring Hither Hills State Park trails.
The welcome gift basket was over-the-top and much appreciated! Wonderful vacation and rental experience!

Clean and Comfortable Montauk Rental
This home is spacious and comfortable - exactly as advertised by the owner's description and pictures! The home is very well maintained and includes all the needed amenities. Location is ideal with ocean beaches, town shopping and restaurants all within walking distance. The neighborhood setting provided a quiet location to relax after a day at the beach.
Owners were great to work with and were flexible with a nightly rental request. We would definitely rent again on a return trip to Montauk!
