You have arrived! This luxury two bedroom, 2 bath 1700+ sq. foot vacation condo that sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Indian Rocks Beach, Florida right in the middle of everything. Watch the dolphins and take in the breathtaking views from your huge, amazing balcony! Roam the quiet beach and swim in the heated beachfront swimming pool.

This tastefully decorated executive level residence, boasts granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, custom furnishings and beautiful 20 inch tile floors throughout (wood in the bedrooms). There is a King bed in the Master Suite with a walk in closet and a beautiful bath that features custom dual sinks, marble vanity and a walk-in glass block shower. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds. Savor meals in the fully equipped kitchen with every convenience from home you desire. Enjoy cable tv in the living room and both bedrooms. Stay connected with Wi-Fi internet, and a washer and dryer is located inside the unit, for your convenience. The elevator entrance is secured by code and has two assigned parking spots, one located under the building and the other outside the building. You will relax and be pampered in a private vacation home that has every amenity you could desire.

Walk to several Indian Rocks Beach restaurants, shops and parks or rent bikes, a boat or jet skis. Visit Clearwater Beach for award winning beaches, amazing restaurants, nightlife, our local star “Winter” from “Winter’s Tale” at the Clearwater Aquarium. Enjoy wave runners, para-sailing, Segway, dolphin tours, deep sea fishing, dinner cruises at the Clearwater Marina. Make sure to go to the Pier 60 for the nightly sunset celebration. There are several area golf courses, only minutes away. Go to Johns Pass to experience their waterfront restaurants, fabulous shopping and water excursions. St Pete/Clearwater airport is 20 minutes away and Tampa International Airport is 30 minutes away. Busch Gardens, Adventure Island and the Florida Aquarium is only 45 minutes away. Orlando, Disney, Universal and Sea World, are all only 90 minutes away. What can I say - amazing!!!!
If you are looking for a relaxing stay in Indian Rocks Beach you won't be disappointed with this condo.
The view is the best I have ever seen from a rental property - watching the most beautiful sunsets from the balcony and dolphins in the sea while having breakfast.
We didn't want to leave!!!
The condo itself was great - VERY spaceous and well appointed, also very clean - everything you could want / need was provided.
Numerous good restaurants within walking distance / short drive.
The only slight downside for us was the noise from nearby restaurants / bars in the evening and traffic noise - we live in the country and are used to quiet - however this did not spoil our stay and if we are ever back in Indian Rocks we would stay here again.

We will never forget the view when the shutters were raised. We had a wonderful 10 days, the condo is so lovely and has everything.....
We will book again.

A Great Escape With All the Comforts of Home

We spent a long girl's weekend at the Pier House to relax, unwind and take a break from our hectic lives. Our beautiful condo was located on the beach side. The descriptions of the condo are accurate, although the photos are great, the condo in person is much more beautiful. The great part of staying in a condo as your vacation is you have the option of going out or eating in. We had breakfast, lunch, wine and cheese at the condo and went out to dinner. There is plenty of things to do at Indian Rocks Beach and everything is conveniently located, most within walking distance. I highly recommend The Salt Rock Grill and The Columbia for dinner. Also the little Espresso and Ice Cream store across from the Pier House is great.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

What a view! Huge apartment right on the beach! Well stocked with linens and kitchen items and beautifully decorated! Looking to go back next year!
