Seek and find pure, nautically induced relaxation in this 3 bedroom, 3 bath villa located on the top level of the Charleston Oceanfront Villas. By virtue of “Southern Breezes” location alone, the sky is your only ceiling on the private beach side balcony where you can watch breakers roll into shore, sun painted clouds at dusk or a calming evening breeze under the stars. Additionally, the villa is purposefully decorated to massage your senses into a beach side paradise of serenity. Ceiling to floor windows, which separate the private balcony from the living room, allow the villa to be illuminated with coastal sunlight while thick, flowing curtains provide the option for shade. The walls are draped in peaceful cool tones while images of coastal life fill in the spaces making the journey to a vacation you’ll never forget as easy as pouring a drink at the wet bar, located just off the dining room. The beautiful kitchen, dining room and living space are linearly spaced so that you can get an open view of the beach through the windows from any spot in the public area. Simply slide open the door and step onto the balcony to let the sounds of the Atlantic fill the villa.

All of this sets the tone for you to enter the tropical kingdom that is the master bedroom. Roll over on the king-size bed and let your hand drape onto the plush jungle floor. Observe the images of tropical birds and idyllic plantings around the room. Gaze past the bird cage, dripping with vines and flowers, through your private access to the oceanfront balcony and witness the ebb and flow of Folly Beach from the comfort of your bed. Of course, you could open the door and let the salty breeze permeate the room while you soak in the Jacuzzi tub of the master bath which shares the view and is equipped with a his/her sink and separate, stand-alone shower. While this may seem like enough, simply walk downstairs from “Southern Breezes” and jump into the beach side pool or step onto the sand and get some saltwater in your hair.

Great view, great place. Perfect long weekend spot, and the balcony provides a great view to sit and have cocktails. Spacious and well-maintained. Would definitely return.
