Published rates assume a party of six or less. Upon approval, $150 per person above six, up to $125/week for each approved pet. Please be honest about the number of people in your party. Owner has the right to withhold security deposit without recourse if maximum occupancy stated on the lease is exceeded.

Published rates shown below also reflect a slight discount. This discount applies when payment is made by check drawn from a U.S. bank. The discounted rate does not apply for payments made by credit card or checks drawn from an international bank. Payment by credit card is required when time does not allow for a check to clear the bank.

A portion of the rent is due when the lease is signed. Balance of rent and tax will be scheduled for a later date. Security deposit is collected via credit card authorization one week prior to arrival.

Rate includes free wireless Internet, domestic long distance and up to 3 hours basic cleaning upon departure. The $500 security deposit will be deducted to cover the cost of any international calls, excess cleaning, exceeding occupancy and/or damage if incurred.
