This beautiful home is located on the Oyster River. Just a few steps to the water for swimming, fishing and even clamming for a traditional cape dinner. The house has a dock available with advance notice.
You're a 1 mile walk to Hardings Beach on Nantucket Sound, and historic Chatham Village is only minutes away providing everything a vacationing family needs. Both Nantucket sound and Chatham Village make an unforgettable vista from the riverside deck.
The house offers several family rooms for game night, and a second dining room via french doors may be used for entertaining large numbers or as a breakfast room with an old style New England wood burning fireplace. Central air makes the hottest summer days a pleasure.
The patio is equipped with a brick grill and it opens to a backyard perfect for wiffleball or a leisurely rest in a hammock. Enjoy gentle breezes from the water.
