Just Perfect

Wow, this is a perfect condo for two small families. You do not need car to go to the beach, it takes only a few minutes walk to appreciate the beach. The condo is perfectly situated to appreciate a quiet street away from the huge hotel and still having access to a walking distance from the boardwalk. It lacks nothing in terms of amenities or convenience. With 2 parking spaces, an outdoor shower and a fully equipped condo. The owners were pleasant to work with and very helpful and accommodating.

We loved it! It was beautiful, spacious, kitchen well supplied, we had everything we needed. It was very clean when we arrived (and hopefully not too bad when we left. We are looking forward to vacationing there again next year.

Great location for family vacation!

I was very happy with the condo. It had an open and airy layout. It was very clean and well maintained. There was more than enough room for our party of six. We just parked the car and didn't have to move it as it was close to the beach, boardwalk and restaurants. I would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

Great Stay!

My husband and I, my husband and his wife, and my sister and her 2 year old son recently stayed at this property. We were all very pleased with our stay and I highly recommend this condo!
The owner was responsive and courteous while we were setting up the rental.
When we arrived, the condo was impeccably clean and well equipped. We knew that we were renting a condo, not a house, so we weren't expecting to have a lot of room. However, every single one of us was surprised at the spaciousness of the living/dining room area. Despite the fact that 5 adults and a toddler were staying there, none of us ever felt cramped. The balcony and decent sized bedrooms were also a plus.
The condo was in a PERFECT location, less than a block from the beach and the boardwalk. Being so close to the beach meant our daily trips to the beach were less stressful. If someone forgot something at the house, we could easily walk back and get it. Off street parking for three (3!!!) cars was GREAT!
The owner was easy to get in touch with when we had a problem figuring out how to use the lockbox.
Last but not least, our security deposit was promptly returned to us!
My husband and I have used Homeaway to rent properties in London, Jamaica, California, New York, Florida, and now Wildwood. The owner's responsiveness, along with the cleanliness, comfortableness, and great location of this condo made it one of our favorite rentals to date.
