This spectacular and unique penthouse condo boasts a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico and it's tributary, the Inter-coastal Waterway. Nestled between the Gulf and the Inter-coastal is Johnson's Beach. A National Park and a natural strip of white sand beach with The Gulf on one side and The Inter-coastal with it's array of sea life on the other. Minutes away by boat, jet ski or vehicle (around through Perdido Key). The penthouse is 2500+ sq. ft., with two large balconies (the master bedroom has it's own balcony) overlooking the pool, private beach, Inter-coastal, and the Gulf. 12 ft ceilings.. The floors are travetine tile and the bedrooms are carpeted with the best woven carpets. The bathrooms are travertine floors and walls with large walk-in showers or jet jacuzzi tubs. The master bedroom has both a 5' X 10' walk-in shower and a jacuzzi tub

Attractions: The condo is situated between Perdido Key and Pensacola Beach. Orange Beach is 15 minutes away. Gulf Shores is 25 minutes away. Pensacola Beach, a very popular public beach, is 20 minutes away. The condo is a stand alone. It offers the beauty and tranquility of the Gulf, yet remains quiet and still without the tourist traffic that most rentals bring with them. Stay here and experience quiet or drive 15 minutes and join the crowd. There are numerous fine restaurants very close by. The Fish House, Jacksons, and the Blue Marlin are close, as are the good family restaurants such as the Crab Trap, Pegleg Petes, McGuires, Flounders and others. Close by interests include Blue Angel Park for bike riding, paintball, golfing, etc. Downtown Pensacola offers restaurants, theatre, shopping, and sightseeing. The Naval Airstation is next door and the training fighter pilots fly over the condo most off the year. The Blue Angel shows are year round and very exciting to experience. Google Blue Angel.

I don't often write reviews, but I must.

This condo is superb, its on the top floor, with a great blacony, and a even better view.

Its spotless, so clean, which is important to us, and it really is a home from home, with everything you could ever need stocked.

The pool area, is well maintained, with 2 grills in case you want to cook by the pool.

everything is so relaxed, and the private beach amazing, we hired kayaks for the day, which is a must as the water is so clear, and you will be amazed at the marine life you will see.

we will be back for sure
