Would HIGHLY recommend!

My fiancé and I stayed here for 6 nights, and it was great! The location is perfect, 10 minutes from Disney parks and about 20 minutes from Orlando. It was easy to find, right off the main strip. The place was clean, and had everything we needed. We were out and about by 8am every morning. I made a big breakfast and packed our lunches for the parks. It was nice to be able to cook and save $$ since everything at the parks is overpriced (I would suggest bringing a backpack and water bottles). We used the club house pools and Jacuzzis, both were clean and enjoyable. We must have gone at an ideal time since NOTHING was crowded. Although I only communicated with Shane via email, he was very accommodating. I would recommend this vacation rental to all of my family and friends; it was just what we needed! Although it was only the two of us, this rental would comfortable fit a family of 5+.
While on this vacation, we got to visit: Animal Kingdom, Universal Studios, Sea World, Magic Kingdom, and Hollywood Studios. I would recommend going early to beat the crowds! We were at the parks by 830am, and waiting the 30 minutes until the park opened (parking lots open 1 hour before doors open). For dinner, we went to Houlihans twice (www.houlihans.com/). Great food, good service, and I believe kids eat free with a purchase of an adult entrée! We also went to Logan’s Roadhouse (http://www.logansroadhouse.com). The food was also good, comparable to a typical steakhouse type restaurant. Both of these restaurants are less than 5 minutes away from the rental. The other nights we just stayed in and cooked since there is a full kitchen provided.
Overall this was a great vacation and a great place to stay. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting a clean, hassle free, and safe place to stay while on vacation!

We spent a fantastic family vacation in Encantada, the house exceeded our expectations, every detail as seen in the photos listed on the site, very well equipped, very warm and clean.
While Shane was contacted by e-mail only, treatment was very kind and sent us the information necessary to avoid any problems.
Very good customer service.
It was an unforgettable place to recommend to friends and family.
No doubt if I travel to Orlando next year would rent this house.

Wish we could stay here longer

This is my first time to rent a house for my vacation, so I'm kinda nervous and make my decision at the last minute, but since I picked up this house, I got the quick quotation and come into the payment process and then complete my reservation smoothly and effeciently. When my family arrived the house, everyone is satisfied, it's clean and comfortable as a hotel, but convenient and warm as a home. My daughter loved her room and held MInnie to go to sleep every night. While we made dinner in the kitchen, she always swimmed in the 'mini swimming pool' outside and had lots of fun. It's near the Disney world and Wal-mart, not far from the Sea World and Orlando Outlets. It becomes the most wanted thing to go back to our house after every exhausted day. Thank you Shane, for your help and providing such a lovely house, it will become an unforgettable memory to my family!

We had a wonderful vacation at this property in Encantada Resort. Had great customer service when inquiring about the property.. all questions answered in a timely and professional manner. The property was well-maintained and clean and loved the fact that there was a barrier fence in front of the pool so we didn't have to worry about our two year old grandson. The property was very close to the clubhouse and pools .. just a short walk each day. Loved our daily walk around the lake on a well-maintained path. Saw lots of beautiful birds around the lake. The Resort is located far back from US192 and was very quiet. Could not hear any road noise. The only criticism I would have is that the zero-clearance pool for small children was not heated when we were there. The other outdoor pool was heated, however. The location of the property was just a short drive to Disney and Animal Kingdom.
I would recommend this property to anyone. There was plenty of room for 6 people. We had a lovely time and the property exceeded our expectations. Thanks, Shane, for helping make this a great vacation. We would definitely recommend to a friend or relative for a Florida getaway or a Disney vacation.

Beautiful Vacation

We stayed for 5 days at Encantada Resort, located 15 minutes to Disney Parks and 25 minutes to Universal Studios Parks. The townhouse is part of a big townhouse resort complex that contains over 100 homes. The unit we stayed at contains 3 bedrooms that can accomodate up to 8 people and is very spacious. In general, the unit look updated with clean towels and bed sheets. I believe that the unit is about 4 - 5 year old. The backyard had a good size private enclosed pool which for an additional fee it can be used. The kitchen comes fully equiped and trust me it comes handy when you are a big family. There is a lot of sports activities you can do at the club house as well the amenities are first class. Thank-you for the woderfull stay and we look forward to return next year.

Great Location, Gated Community, What We Needed

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The condo is laid out nicely. The three bedrooms and two of the bathrooms are upstairs. Our kids loved the 'Disney-themed' room. The private backyard pool was nice although there's only seating for 2. We would have used it more if it had been heated but we opted not to pay for pool heat...the kids still swam in it! The Clubhouse has several nice pools and hot tubs along with a games room, gym, etc. just a short walk away. We borrowed a fishing rod from the clubhouse and actually caught fish off the dock. All Encantada staff were very friendly and helpful. The kids enjoyed the video game system in the condo for a few 'before bed games'. As others mentioned, there's very few supplies in the condo so you'll need paper products, dish soap, hand soap, garbage bags, etc. The only negatives - although very clean, the condo could stand to be freshened up with some paint here and there, the kitchen was lacking a few basics like a baking/cookie sheet, dish cloth, tea towel, and the backyard would have been awesome if it had a little patio set or more seating. Beds were comfortable, lots of games/movies to choose from, couches in livingroom were comfortable. The owner was great to deal with and renting was convenient and easy!

We had the perfect time on our Florida vacation. The villa we stayed in was wonderful. I was surprised at just how big it was!! The 3 bedrooms upstairs were nice sized. The room the kids stayed in was decorated with Disney stuff and character pillows. We ended up having to buy a big Mickey and Pluto for my little boy because he hated to leave them! The air conditioner kept the place nice and cool- even upstairs. The washer and dryer were a definite bonus!! The master bedroom upstairs had a full bath, which is great. The kitchen was nice and had the basics one might need. The private pool was probably the best part. It wasn't huge, but it was definitely big enough. I think it was 4ft deep and was slightly larger than an average sized hot tub. It was so nice coming home after a long day at the theme parts and relaxing in that pool!! We always felt safe and welcomed at the villa. The staff at the club house was wonderful. We spent several days at the clubhouse pool and I do think that was the nicest pool I've ever seen. The shallow end deepens gradually, like a beach. My little guy could play down there and have a great time while we were in the deeper end. I didn't have to worry so much about a huge drop-off. The condo was very close to the Disney parks and was easy to find. It was right off a main strip with popular restaurants, attractions, and stores. Another perk- there is a Target nearby! The owner was easy to reach and was so polite and generous. Excellent customer service all the way around. I have already recommended the Enchanted Encantada to everyone I know!! We made many wonderful memories there and we can't wait to return!! My daughter still talks about the condo and my little boy as well!! Every day I hear, "when are we going back to Florida?!" We all had such a good time, it was hard to go home!

We were so lucky to find this place! The price was great and it was super clean and close to everything! We loved the gated community for safety as well. I have already recommended this place to friends! The only thing we would have liked would have been a little detergent, soap, toilet paper. We didn't realize ahead of time that we would need those items. I would even pay more to have that all there.
