This condo is custom-decorated with new furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen (If you like to cook don’t miss buying fresh caught fish from the fisherman in George Town, but go early because once the fish are gone you will have to wait for the next morning). You can also book a dive/snorkel package to Sting Ray City, a unique day trip where you can view

Quiet and secluded with only 12 units in the Complex. Of course there are many more world class restaurants to be found in George Town and on seven mile Beach which is only 10 minutes away.

Here in Grand Cayman you can do as much or as little as you want. ..whether it’s horseback riding on the beach, snorkeling, scuba diving, parasailing, swimming with dolphins, exploring Pedro St. James, visiting world renowned stingray city or the world’s only turtle farm, or just sitting by the pool relaxing and enjoying the warmth of the Caribbean sun.

Why the Owner Chose North West Point: We chose this unit becasue of it's location and its direct access to the ocean. With the unit being just north of Seven Mile Beach, meaning it's only a few minutes to get to the shops and restaurants. From the patio you can see all the way down seven mile beach into Georgetown. We are also a few minutes away from Cemetery Beach which has become our favorite beach on the island for laying in the sand and snorkeling.

Great Condo, Great Facilities, Great Time!

Submitted: May 23, 2013 Stayed: August 2012
My family Wife, and 2 sons aged 18 and 20) had a great 17 days in this condo and really enjoyed the stay. We had the place to ourselves a lot of the time and made full use of the pool. sunbathing (my wife doesn't dive), tennis court and other facilities. Being at the far end of Seven Mile Beach suited us just fine (been to GC four times now), as with a hire car for the whole stay we could easily get around and to the busier parts when we wanted.

As for the diving, though we did do Bonnies Arch a couple of times, the weather made the entry and exits a bit dicey at times, though that;s just the way it is for the time of year we went.

We received great and friendly contact and service from the outset during our booking, upon arrival and during our stay when we had a couple of minor problems which were all sorted.

We tried several of the restaurantsTerri sent details of and were not dissappointed.

We would definately recommend the Condo to others and hope to return for another stay one day.
Owner's Response: I'm so glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us. We were happy to have you and look forward to having you stay again with us in the near future.

Fantastic Island Retreat

Submitted: May 23, 2013 Stayed: March 2013
This was my family's first trip to Grand Cayman, and it really met all of our needs. With 2 kids age 11 and 15 we were able to relax in our condo, eat our meals in if we preferred, everything was an easy drive from the condo, and the view is spectacular. The kids loved that we could open our condo door, sit on the patio and the pool was steps from our condo. My family enjoys tennis, so the rackets provided in the condo were great, and we could walk out the front door for the beautifully lit courts!

We were never able to scuba or snorkel directly off the rocks because the water was too choppy during our visit. The beaches and great drive sites were all short drives away, and every day was a new outing. I would highly recommend this condo, and we plan to return.
Owner's Response: We take great pride and go to great lengths to make sure that our guests have a wonderful place to stay and have a great stay with us. It's nice to see that we achieved our goal. We look forward to seeing you back in the future and hopefully the water out in front of the complex with be calmer next time as it's a really wonderful place to snorkel and dive.

Perfect Property

This condo was perfect for our family of four. The tennis courts and the virtually empty pool was wonderful. The condo was clean and well furnished. The owner was readily available by phone when we needed help locating the tennis raquets. The in unit washer and dryer was fantastic. There is a nearby grocery store that helped keep down the cost of food (which is high on the island). We travel a great deal and really found this condo to be great. We were met at the airport by the property manager and "led" back to the condo in our rental car. Scuba diving on the island is fantastic. Don't miss devil's grotto!! We did swim off the ladder in front of the condo on our last day but the water was relly churning- and only for strong swimmers.

Great condo, poor hospitality

The condo unit was beautiful and very well kept. It was large and spacious and had pretty much everything we needed. We could have used a few extra towels (there were 2 of us and had 4 towels, would definitely require more for more people).

A few odd things, in the rental agreement it stated we need to supply our own dish soap, toilet paper and other consumables. We went and purchased these things before we went to the condo or brought our own from home. When we arrived we found all of these things provided and a FAQ about the condo saying that all these things were provided. It was unfortunate because we spent our time and money getting these things for no reason, which aren't cheap on the island.

Dealing with the property owner was great and they were very helpful and quick to attend to any questions or needs that we had. I had a very poor experience dealing with the property manager Pam. I had emailed her many times before our departure and she failed to respond to any of them. When she finally did respond she said she would meet us at a rental car company and we could follow her to the property. I asked her a few further questions and she referred me to her husband to get any information. She only provided us with a phone number despite the fact I told her we can only communicate by email. I replied to her confirming our date and time of arrival and meeting place. I even emailed her the morning we left saying we would see her soon. Unfortunately I did not receive any reply. When we arrived in the grand cayman we proceeded to rent a vehicle and waited for almost an hour. A that point I phoned her husband from the car rental shop phone. He informed me that his wife had left the island. I was shocked and very displeased that she did not give us any notification of this. So not only had we waited for someone who wasn't coming we were informed that we would be on our own to find our way to the condo. He was no where near the airport and told me we did not provide pam with the time of our arrival, which i had done at least 3 times. He would not provide us with directions but told us to get them from the car company, which turned out to be horrible. It took us an incredibly long time to find the condo, which was poorly marked as well. It was a very frustrating experience and was a poor start to island experience. Very disappointing.
Owner's Response: As the owners of this property we were absolutely horrified to learn of your experience with our property management team. We go to great lengths to ensure that our guests have an amazing experience when staying with us. I appreciate you taking my call and the time that you spent speaking to me personally on the phone concerning your visit and experience. There are enough guest towels in our unit to supply a small village and if our property management team had done their job you would have been shown the linen closet and had an ample supply of towels. There is absolutely no excuse for the way you were treated by our management team. Please rest assured that the problem has been dealt with and will never ever happen again in the future to you, if you have the chance for a return visit, or to any of our future guests.

Family Divers

Property was clean and description accurate, with everything you need. Pool was very convenient right outside the door, view was nice, area was very private. Tennis court and pool in good shape. Ocean entry not too easy due to wave action despite being calm. Bus not always reliable on the road in front of property. Car or bike would make this location better. Macabuca and Alfresco's were on the top of the list for good food in the area.

Owner's Response: A rental car is a must no matter where you stay on Grand Cayman. The bus service on the island is not the same as you may be used to in other countries. Rental cars are fairly reasonable on Grand Cayman and well worth the added expense to make the most of your vacation.

We recently returned from a five night stay in the condo. We were met at the airport by one of the managers who not only guided us to the property but also oriented us to the Cayman Islands. Loved the condo, clean and had all the amenities. Pool was easily accessible and clean, lots of patio chairs. Grocery store was nearby. Had a great vacation, explored lots of local public beaches and snorkling sites. Recommend for food: Heritage Kitchen, Al Fresco, Timbuctoo, Mababuca, as well as the Greenhouse Cafe. Overall great time in a wonderful location, highly recommended.

Perfect Holiday Apartment

My family of 3 spent a week at Bonnie's Arch apartment. It was just as advertised, with a clean bright apartment in the quiet West end of Grand cayman. The location was perfect for us, diving with DiveTec just up the road. Well equipped kitchen, and delightful patio with water view. The pool was steps from the back door. WiFi was great...keeps the younger set happy. The TV was big and modern, only shortcoming no DVD player, we were hoping to watch some movies in the evening.

Great base for Cayman activities

The groundfloor unit was very well located and convenient for diving, shopping (LOVED the local craft market in downtown George Town) - all activities on Grand Cayman. Clean, well equipped, just the right amount of space - owner and manager were responsive. DiveTech was a good scuba operation; prox to Fosters for groceries excellent as was distance to 7 Mile. Did not scuba/snorkel in front of the property as it was a bit rough. Pool was well kept and welcoming at the end of the day. Loved the visiting chickens, chicklets and rooster ... All good, we would definitely consider a return if/when we come back!
Owner's Response: Sorry you missed the amazing snorkeling and diving right in front of the property. Hopefully, we will have calmer water for you next time!!

Another day in Paradise

We are a family of 6, Mom, Dad, 3 kids, 14, 12, and 10 and Grandma. We absolutely loved this condo. It looks exactly like the photos. It was pristine clean, the beds were very comfortable, the condo was well stocked with linens, and all the towels you could want. We loved the patio and the pool. It is away from the traffic and congestion of Seven Mile Beach, but only minutes away. It is maybe 10 minutes to Foster's the virtually American grocery store with everything you want/need to cook at the condo. The kitchen had everything we needed and we only went out twice in 2 weeks, the first and last nights. We bought fish at Hammerheads open fish market. We got sushi at Yoshi Sushi , excellent. We are avid divers and kiteboarders. The diving is wonderful, and once you figure out the tank rental system, easy to arrange shore dives (great stuff and much less expensive than boat diving). We did one boat dive, 2 tanks and a trip to visit the stingrays. We loved it and the kids had a ball feeding the rays hot dog pieces! The kiteboarding at Barker's Beach, 15 minutes away, was fantastic. Lots of side onshore wind, safe (please wear boots), shallow and the guys from Kitesurf Cayman were terrific. After extensive research, this is the best place to "flat water" kiteboard outside of Hatteras Island. We enjoyed our own virtually private beach in the National Park. Cayman can be very expensive if you stay in a big hotel and eat out every night. The food prices were higher than home but acceptable. The plane fare on Cayman Airways was a bargain. All in all I highly recommend this condo and Grand Cayman and trust me we are planning to return!
