I would say that this was my most favorite vacation! We have a home in Alabama and in Flordia and we decided to spend christmas and new years in the snow! Diane was wonderful the house was warm and well appointed and the view was beautiful! Thank you again for the use of your beautiful home look foreward to visiting again soon!!! My family and I were in the Pittsburgh area for a conference held at HealthSouth harmarville hospital just 2 minutes away from this beautiful cabin! We were here with family for 2 whole weeks and Diane made it feel like a home away from home! She even brought some toys for my kids 2 and 4 yr old to play with. Hurricane sandy was hitting the area and Diane called and made sure that we were ok. The cabin was very clean and comfortable, easily accommodated the 6 of us! It was much cheaper than a hotel room as well and we had the freedom to cook in the kitchen equipped with all necessary utensils. I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone wanting a great place to stay! Thanks Diane!

We were looking for something that was close to Pittsburgh yet not necessarily right in Pittsburgh. What a place-the cabin is neat and clean exactly as pictured (surprize pictures are usually deceiving not in this case). Diane is the "hostess with the mostess" as we had things we didn't expect like fruit, coffee and OJ. Close to shopping and restaurants. I recommend Primanti Brothers, Buckhorn Saloon (Jesse the manager is great) and you have to head to Fat Heads Saloon for the "headwich" sandwiches and of course their beers.
We had a much needed vacation which was all the more pleasant with the stay at the cabin. I know when we get back to Pittsburgh again, we will definately stay here!!!!!! Perfect!!!

My family stayed at the cabin for the second time this year. We have attended the Steeler's first home game and found staying at the cabin was perfect! Diane was so helpful and considerate, she even decorated the cabin with Steeler's stuff to make us feel right at home. The cabin is close to restaurants, Wal-Mart, Sam's Club, malls and not far from Pittsburgh. We have all the amenities of home yet we didn't have to pay an outrageous price as we would have had we stayed in a hotel. We plan to make going the every Steeler home opener and wouldn't stay anywhere else. Thank you Diane for being so wonderful and making us feel right at home. I highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit Pittsburgh. Your favorite New Mexican #1 Steeler Fan!

My wife and I were very surprised to see the effort made to make us feel at home here. We found a lot of modern upgrades to the cabin and many breakfast items for us to choose from .Diane and Jim were very helpful and made sure we were not lacking anything during our stay. Being a nature lover I enjoyed the deer , the changing of the leaves and the duck pond.. This cabin is close enough to access everything in the area but secluded enough to enjoy true peace and quiet. In a word " perfect."

My family was very pleased to make this adorable cabin our home away from home during the week preceding our son's wedding in Pittsburgh. It was well located, easy to find, and provided many amenities that we didn't expect. The cabin was clean, well maintained and helped us relax. We loved the many delightful conversations held on the porch overlooking the private wooded area.

Diane and her family made us feel welcome and added many extras that surprised us and made it easy for us to immediately feel at home. We were close to shopping, close to my daughter-in-laws parents, restaurants, parks, and the reception hall. We have a passion for Thai food and would recommend the Thai restaurant across from the Waterworks Mall.

Breakfast was always fun because our own of town relatives would pop by to drink coffee, enjoy brunch, watch TV, use the internet, and explore the woods. We saw deer, listened to birds, and feel the breezes.

I would recommend this cabin to anyone who loves a rustic, comfortable setting. We just might re-visit when we come back to visit our new in-laws!

We've stayed here on a few occasions and it's always wonderful! The hosts are kind and helpful, really make you feel at home. For the price of a hotel, you get so much more!
