Beautifully updated home in the heart of Skaneateles! This house is wonderful for a large group of people or multiple families because of the number of bedrooms and baths. Walk to everything in downtown Skaneateles. And the owner is extremely helpful, attentive and accomodating! What more could you ask for?

We really enjoyed this property: great location, good space, furniture and amenties well cared for. Terrifically comfortable beds by the way.

We had a wonderful few days at this beautiful home on the lake. It was perfect for our family-Grandparents, Children and Grandchildren. Plenty of space, cozy fireplaces, walk to town, afternoon at the Spa for some and first class interior design top it all off. The owner and property managers were also very helpful and quick to get back to us when we had questions about the house. We would definitely return and recommend this first class home.

We had 9 adults and 2 small children staying in this beautiful home. The location was perfect, being right in town. We were able to walk wherever we needed to go. The house was very comfortable, with 2 kitchens fully stocked with dishes, glasses, pots, pans and utensils. Everything was top quality from the appliances to the furniture. I would love to go back for a repeat visit!

I had the pleasure of staying at this property for 3 nights to celebrate a special birthday. I can't imagine a better situation for a winter getaway. The house itself is beautiful and has everything in it you would need. We had 10 adults and 2 small children and having 6 bedrooms and 4 1/2 bathrooms allowed everyone to have their own space and be very comfortable. We never really used the living area downstairs, although the extra refrigerator was a big asset. The location is perfect. We never needed a car the whole time we were there. Everything was within walking distance; restaurants, shops, grocery and liquor stores. We happened to have spectacular weather, which allowed us to walk comfortably around town, gazing at all the beautiful homes and lake views. The Dickens festival on the weekend was a lot of fun and brought lots of people. We were glad to have this house as a convenient place to get back to. It was so much better than being in a hotel, where you are limited with space and forced to eat all meals out. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses, cooking utensils, etc. And there was plenty of storage for the dry goods and other items we brought in. Rick and Debby were very accommodating and wonderful to work with, as was Amy, who I believe is the rental agent. I look forward to going back soon!

We had a wonderful time in your beautiful home in a great location. We contacted the caretaker Jon, regarding the hot water, and he responded within 30 minutes. We will highly recommend this rental, and hope to return next year!
