When you click on EMAIL OWNER, your email does not go to the owner but goes to DOLLYWOOD VACATIONS, the management company for Dollywood Cabins, so I am never aware of your correspondence with my management company except for the first email that you will send right nowfrom this account. CASTLE ON A CLOUD IS A CHARTER DOLLYWOOD CABIN selected by Dollywood and given the highest honor of a Dollywood Cabin--ULTRA PREMIER. It has one of the very best views, is located at the top of the mountain, has the latest & greatest amenities, is very private & is the most beautiful cabin you could ever imagine with the most amazing view. When you drive into the cabin, notice complete privacy as driveway is surrounded by a rose garden with various plants, bushes & trees. A charcoal grill & full picnic table & garden bench are at the far end of the paved & wide private off-street driveway. The downstairs is beautifully decorated with a black bear theme and you climb the traditional wide staircase to go up to the specially decorated CASTLE ON A CLOUD where you will find the 2nd king-size bed with a 2nd closet to keep suitcases out of sight with an attached 2nd bathroom with detached shower and a red heart-shaped jacuzzi whirlpool tub that has shutters that can be closed for privacy or opened to view the glorious mountain view while sitting in the jacuzzi, adorned with towel warmer & candles. You may prefer to go out onto the deck and sit in the bubbling hot tub or use the rockers, gliders or chairs to relax in. The deck PORCH SWING is just like Dolly loves to swing in that gives you a fabulous view of Mt. LeConte or eat at the cedar picnic table with benches & chairs for your relaxation & convenience. The game room has 2 TV's, one on a swivel that can be seen from anywhere in the loft and the other is a big-screen TV connected to cable & FREE NETFLIX movies while you sit on the loveseat and face the raised-hearth fireplace and the panoramic mountains that you will view out the WALL OF WINDOWS on the mountain view side. So close to Dollywood, the resort actually borders Dollywood, was part of the Dollywood estate before built to be a Dollywood cabin, so close you can hear the Dollywood train whistle. What makes this cabin unique

The unique benefits are so numerous it is hard to know where to start. The location is always the most important and the awesome view of the mountains. This cabin chose every upgrade offered including a tin roof, cedar railings on the decks&porches and stainless steel kitchen. The 4 stereo locations were well thought out and prewired when the cabin was being built, with stereo over the hottub outside on the deck, as well as over the red heart-shaped jacuzzi and then in the main game room and a BOSE stereo is in the living room, all with separate volume control. There are a total of 5 Cable Tv's with 5 DVD/CD players and 3 VCR players. On each floor is a big screen HDVT that has FREE NETFLIX on both with an Xbox360 game system with KINECT on one and the PS3 with Blue Ray on the other, with games & accessories provided as well as LIVE GOLD membership for online gaming. Privacy was achieved by the location at the very top of the mountain and a privacy garden on the other side of the cabin. Blinds were installed to keep the sun from overpowering and give you an added sense of Privacy as well as a cedar privacy wall on one side of the hot tub. A game table is provided with board games for family time, as well as hot tub, air hockey, 48-game arcade and newest game systems. Starr Crest Resort is the Premium resort in this area with the very best views as well as city water, wide paved streets and street lights with amenities such as a beautiful outdoor pool, a huge playground and a large pavilion with 6 picnic tables, industrial size grills, a water fountain and a public washroom. My husband and I live in Knoxville, just outside of Pigeon Forge, so we are very familiar with the area. However, we were looking for a cozy get-out-of-town-for-the weekend place to lock ourselves in, cuddle up and relax. WE FOUND IT! Castle on a Cloud is an adorable hideaway that made us feel right at home the moment we walked in. Every amenity you can imagine! The heart-shaped jacuzzi was my favorite, especially with the views of the mountains I enjoyed while bathing and sipping on my glass of wine. My husband's favorite was the huge tv and the many games the cabin provides: arcade game, air hockey, pool, Xbox, etc. The upstairs bed was extremely comfortable (very important while being away from home)! The fireplace was just what the doctor ordered. We brought our own food so we could cook and save some money; it was like cooking in my kitchen at home. Very well equipped! We cannot say enough positive things about this place. Dollywood Vacations was easy to work with and made sure our stay was fantastic. We will definitely be back!

The directions were to the letter. The property was immaculate. The owner had all information provided for operation of each item the cabin had. I would most definitely recommend this particular cabin the ammenities and location of this cabin are superb. My boyfriend and I went to the smoky mountain forest and hiked to 2 different waterfalls-- cataract falls and laurel falls. The weather was beautiful and the hike couldn't have asked for a better experience. We had dinner at the smoky mountain brewery which was wonderful. We had breakfast at the Log Cabin pancake house where we will eat again. I do not have anything negative to say about this mini-vacation. Will definitely book this cabin again.
