We enjoyed a wonderful trip to Switzerland and by far the highlight of our visit was our stay at Chalet Nepomuk. The apartment is gorgeous -- everything is new, immaculately clean, and beautifully designed. Our views of the Matterhorn were breathtaking and could be enjoyed throughout the apartment -- from the beautiful, comfortable living area and magnificent deck to the luxurious bedrooms and delightful outdoor pool. The owners, Nicole and Daniel, are charming and fantastic. Because they live in the building, they are available to answer questions and provide support -- from travel timetables and where to purchase groceries to which hikes to take and areas to visit. Their warm welcome set the tone for our entire visit -- their customer service is truly exemplar and made our visit memorable. We have traveled to many places and Chalet Nepomuk is at the top of our list for beauty, comfort, and luxury. Everything was absolutely perfect and we highly recommend Nicole and Daniel's beautiful apartments. We left Zermatt after celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary (with a bottle of champagne which Nicole kindly and thoughtfully brought to us on our special day) with heartwarming memories and two new special friends. It was a perfect experience and we look forward to returning with our family to enjoy more happy moments in gorgeous, amazing, perfect Chalet Nepomuk. We highly recommend Chalet Nepomuk -- it is truly perfect.
